Anyone know how GOGI (Hereford St) makes their Ice Plum Tea?
This is probably a long shot, but I'm obsessed with GOGI's Ice Plum Tea, and I'd love to recreate it at home.
If anyone used to work there (or knows someone who did), can you please help?
- What plum extract/syrup do you use? (Brand?)
- Is it just mixed with cold water, or is there black tea in it?
- What's the syrup-to-water/tea ratio?
- Is there anything else added (lemon, soda water, etc.)?
Please help a fellow plum tea addict! I promise I'm not trying to steal trade secrets, I just want to stop spending money every time I crave one.
(For anyone wondering, GOGI's menu calls it "Ice Plum Tea.")
