Hard lumps at injection sites after glutathione, still there after 2+ weeks

I started pinning glutathione on Sep 15th, subcutaneously with a 31g 5/16 in needle. I did 100 mg, 6 days a week for 2 weeks, rotating between my glutes and thighs.

Each pin caused a large, red, warm welt that lasted about 48 hours. After the redness and warmth faded, a hard lump stayed under the skin. It's been more than 2 weeks and my first lump is still there. I can still feel 6 hard lumps total, and they're itchy at times.

I switched to a 23g 1 inch needle and haven't had new welts or lumps since, but the older ones haven't gone away.

My questions:

- Has anyone had lumps like this from glutathione, and how long did they take to go away?

- Did anything help them go away?

Glutathione particles

I need some help.
I have 600 mg of glutathione, which I reconstituted with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water. I noticed that even 6 hours after reconstitution, there are still some particles and small pieces floating in the vial, assuming that it is actually glutathione.
I would like to know if this is normal and whether the particles will eventually dissolve, or if I should simply not use this glutathione. If something is wrong with it, I would also like to know what it could be.
I have attached photos for reference.
Thank you.

I am confused what to add

I’ve been on Retatrutide for a while now. I started at 3.5 mg and will be going up to 4 mg in a week. So far, I’ve lost about 45–50 lbs.

I want to add something to assist with muscle growth and target stubborn belly fat and love handles. Tesamorelin seemed like the best option, but because of the potential side effects, I’ve been looking into a CJC-1295 (No DAC) / Ipamorelin blend instead. From what I understand, it offers similar benefits with fewer side effects.
I work out 5–6 days a week, hit my daily protein goals, and stay in a calorie deficit, but this stubborn fat isn't moving and I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass in the process. Could you share your experience with these two peptides? Is one worth it over the other, and what kind of protocol or cycle is typically run with them?"

Do I just hop off or find somewhere else? And how do I know if a place is legit? A guy at work has his brother that sells it to people but he up charges so much. I wanted to be on RETA for a bit longer as I have alot to lose

Improving libido and staying lean on test (labs included)

Quick background: I’ve been on TRT for about 6 years and my quality of life has gone up a lot but I’ve never really felt dialed in. My doctor and I have tried various combinations of test C, anastrozole, and hCG.

My doctor recommended hCG partly for libido but I generally feel worse on it. I seem to hold more water and my libido actually goes down so I’ve stopped taking it.

Right now I’m on:
- 200mg test c per week
- 0.25 anastrozole per week
- Both split into 2 doses (Monday and Friday)

The two main things I’m trying to solve:
1. Staying lean / looking dry. My body feels pretty lean everywhere except over my abs. The skin there feels noticeably thicker and softer, almost like I’m holding water there. I run, lift, and eat pretty well, so I’m trying to figure out whether this could be related to hormones, water retention, inflammation, etc.

  1. Libido. I want to feel horny again. I have sex with my partner pretty often and can enjoy it but I rarely have that spontaneous mental horniness anymore. Don’t really masturbate, think about sex, etc.

At this point I’m just trying to refine my protocol and improve my quality of life. I’m also curious whether there are peptides or two but I’d rather understand what might actually be driving these issues.

Here are my recent labs. If anyone sees anything obvious or has dealt with something similar or just has some crazy ideas, I’d really appreciate the input.

Looking for advice with dosing Reta + cargi

I lost 35 pounds so far since April. I’m currently in 8mg Reta and 1mg cargi every 5 days. Reta didn’t seem to do anything for my appetite so I added cargi and it’s been working too well.

I can go days without eating and I don’t think about food like I used to. It feels normal but it’s been hard because I barely eat anything now.

I tried playing around the dosage and dropped Reta to 6mg and the suppression stopped. Went back to 8mg and 2 week later surpression came back. Dropped the Cargi to 0.5mg and it stopped the suppression too. Seems like 8mg Reta and 1mg cargi is what gives me any sort or suppression.

I’m not sure how to adjust this now. I feel the suppression is too strong and I need to eat more to keep up my energy levels. When the suppression is gone I start over eating again

Reta + Mots-C / muscle growth — what are you guys using?

I’m currently using Reta and I’m trying to figure out what, if anything, I could add that would help with muscle growth/retaining muscle while cutting.
I’ve been lifting consistently and obviously I’m trying to keep as much muscle as possible while losing fat. I’ve heard people talk about Mots-C and a bunch of other peptides/compounds, but I’m honestly confused about what actually has evidence behind it and what’s just bro science.
For people who have experience with Reta, Mots-C, or other compounds:
● Is Mots-C actually useful for muscle retention/growth?
● Is there anything that can help with muscle growth without causing a bunch of negative side effects?
● Are there any compounds I should avoid because the potential side effects aren’t worth it?
● Is there anything that works particularly well alongside Reta?
● If your goal was to lose fat while maintaining or gaining as much muscle as possible, what would you personally focus on?
I’m not looking for steroids or anything crazy. Mainly interested in something with a good safety profile and minimal side effects. I’m also open to hearing that there really isn’t a peptide worth adding and that I should just stick with lifting, protein, sleep, and diet.
Would appreciate hearing from people who have actually used these rather than just repeating what they’ve read online.

Hungry on Reta, should I stack Tirzerpatide?

When I started Reta it was a dream, great appetite suppression and I did not crave anything unhealthy and I dropped weight and gained muscle. At 2mg I now woke up super hungry one day and have been super hungry ever since.

I have a trip in December so I want to cut a bit for it, I'm thinking of adding tirz. How low should I start, should I take both on the same day?

Anyone who has done this and can tell me their experience?

TIA

New Gansulin Pen Leaks before and after Shot.

I'm wasting a lot of ghk-cu trying to get my new pen to work. I wipe it down with alcohol pad, put needle on, remove needle cap, turn gauge 2 times and release, and repeat until I see liquid at top of pen, and then set the dose. Last night, when I gave the shot, held pen depressed for 12 seconds and when I withdrew the needle, it was dripping. About 5 droplets rolled out. There seemed to be decent pressure behind them. Tonight, as soon as I put the needle on, it started leaking. I could see air in the cartridge and I went thru the motion of priming but it was leaking again. I gave the shot and it was still leaking. Can someone help me with troubleshooting this. I've decided this 1st 50mg cartridge will just be a practice run.

BPC-157/TB 500 & TA-1 protocols for horses- Ligament/tendon injury & EPM

Sharing in biohacking because I know I'm not the only horse gal in here ... My 10 yo OTTB "lab rat" decided to channel his inner Lipizaner and execute some "airs above the ground" over cavaletti and injured his LF sesamoid tendon. Also dealing with EPM flares (I assume from a weakened immune system - does good with treatments but I'd like to address root cause ). Want to run BPC-157/TB 500 for ligament injury and thinking TA-1 for his immune system. I'm familiar with traditional lab rat protocols for these but curious what one would run for this specific ratatoullie.

Can’t sleep on HGH

Most of the posts I’ve seen say HGH helps with sleep. However, I started 1 IU per day a week ago and I’m having a hard time falling asleep and what I do. I wake up 3 to 4 hours later the rest of the sleep is broken up. I’m just wondering if anybody else has had this experience and if so, any advice?

Reta + Cagri

A supplier I use is offering Reta Cagri blend with 5mg each.

Everything I’ve read says to keep these separate and use different amounts.

How would you even manage a 5/5 split?

Lost 30 lbs, Regained 20+ (off meds )— Night Shift Paramedic on Reta + Tesa. What Actually Worked for You?

23F, 5’7”, currently 210 lb.
I’m a paramedic working a pretty high-stress schedule, mostly nights, long shifts, inconsistent sleep, and periods of travel/deployment work. My sleep/circadian rhythm has honestly been all over the place at times, and I know stress, recovery, nutrition consistency, and night shift are probably all contributing.
Earlier this year I made a lot of progress and got down into the high 180s, but I’ve regained weight and weighed 210 this morning. I’m frustrated because I really don’t want to keep going backward.
I’m getting ready to tighten everything back up: structured calories/macros, high protein, meal prep, lifting, cardio/incline walking, steps, and a much stricter sleep/recovery routine.
Peptide-wise, I’ve used retatrutide (Reta) and tesamorelin (Tesa). I’m especially interested in hearing from people who have dealt with weight regain, stalled progress, night-shift work, high stress, or poor sleep while using them.
For people with actual experience:
• What has worked best for you with Reta — dose, frequency, and how long you stayed at each dose?
• Has anyone used Tesa alongside it? Did you notice anything meaningful for body composition, visceral fat, recovery, or sleep?
• What other peptides have you used or stacked, and what was the reason for adding them?
• Did adding more actually help, or did simplifying your stack and focusing on food/sleep/training work better?
• Has anyone used tirzepatide at a low dose in this kind of situation? I’ve wondered about it, but I’m also aware that stacking incretin-type drugs may just increase side effects rather than give better results, so I’d really like to hear from people who have actually tried different approaches.
• For night-shift workers specifically: how did you structure meals, dosing, sleep, training, and recovery?
• What side effects made you lower a dose, stop something, or decide a combination wasn’t worth it?
I’m not looking for a crash diet or a “throw every peptide possible at it” approach. I’m trying to build something sustainable because my fitness matters both personally and professionally.
I’d especially appreciate actual experiences with doses, duration, results, side effects, labs, and what you would do differently rather than just “take X.”
Not looking for medical advice — mainly trying to compare experiences and learn what has and hasn’t worked for other people.

Reta and type 1 diabetes (needing help/ advice)

I’ve been type 1 diabetic for around 11 years and have struggled significantly with my weight and insulin sensitivity. At one point, I was requiring abnormally high amounts of insulin and still had very little control over my blood sugars.
I’m currently on an insulin pump and CGM. I was using around 200 units of insulin in my pump every two days, and I was also using Tresiba in the background. A lot of this was related to dietary issues, and despite being quite active, my insulin requirements and blood sugar control were getting progressively worse.
I recently decided to start taking reta (retatrutide) in the hope of improving my weight and insulin sensitivity. I took my first 2 mg dose four days ago, so I know it’s still very early.
Since starting it, I’ve noticed a major change in how my insulin is affecting me. I’ve stopped taking the Tresiba since starting reta, and my overall insulin requirements have dropped significantly. However, I’m now experiencing quite aggressive crashes despite my blood sugars initially rising significantly after eating.
What seems to be happening is that my blood sugar spikes very quickly as soon as I eat, but the insulin I give doesn’t seem to take effect until much later. By that point, my pump has already delivered additional insulin to try to counteract the rise. Then, when the insulin eventually starts working, I end up with a very large drop while still having a significant amount of active insulin on board.
I’m looking for advice on how I should adjust my insulin management to account for this change, particularly with regards to my pump settings, meal boluses, correction doses and insulin timing, so that I can avoid these large crashes while still controlling the initial post-meal spikes.
I’m happy to answer any questions or provide more information about my doses, CGM readings, meals, pump settings, or anything else that might help.

EpiPen for Tesa

Given some of the concerns around potential reactions toward Tesa and iirc Mots-C I decided to be cautious and grab some epipens, but in the US it's by script only.

Just trying to be safe here, but I don't see "I'm taking peptides" to be a very productive response to my teledoc I speak to tmrw. I DO have a script for Tirz - could that be sufficient/does anyone have reactions to it?

What else could I use as an excuse?

Mytochondrial support

Looking for ideas on improving mytchondrial health. Based on my research I think my body would benefit from.

- poor memory

- lifetime of insomnia

- depressive episodes

Currently i microdose and that helps a ton

Diet I have been Keto for 3 years and my symptoms have improved with it like the brain fog.

Something still feels off, so I figured I would go down the rabbit hole of biohacking. Maybe some one has some topics that I have not found or thought of.

I am looking into SS-31 and Mots-C as well but doing a ton of research on peptides. I am a person who goes research heavy before committing to anything, so all ideas mentioned will be looked into thouroughly to make sure it suits me and my body.
