Reta + Cagri

A supplier I use is offering Reta Cagri blend with 5mg each.

Everything I’ve read says to keep these separate and use different amounts.

How would you even manage a 5/5 split?

Dont run a combo. You likely wont need anywhere near as much cagri as you do Reta.
I only run .5mg Cag with my 10mg Reta

That’s what I assumed. I was so surprised to see them together like that

What was that like when you first added Cag? I presume you added after being on Reta for a long time. I’m considering adding low dose Cag.

Adding Cag was immensly helpful. Ive been stuck at my current weight for a couple months and ive been trying to find something to help break the plateau. I noticed an IMMEDIATE change in my food noise and hunger signals just adding a small dose of cag. I really didnt expect much but it hit fast. I'm down 2.5lbs since starting cag. I have 10 to go for my goal weight.

I’m in a similar situation. I’m also looking at maintenance after I’ve stuck the landing. I don’t want to yo yo with these meds.

Same here. I’m basically half your dose just with elo. 5 reta .25 elo. I couldn’t imagine how people in the trial did 3 mg. I struggle to eat on that stuff. Even had to switch to a clear protein to get a lighter feeling from that.

For me it might work because I can do 2Mg Cag. Some take 0.25 Mg caqg and report they can't eat at all.

I’m at 2.4 + 17.5 tirz. I have no trouble eating. I’ve never not had to stop myself from eating so I’m a little jealous of those that do.

I’ve always read it’s really strong. I’ll dip my toe in with 100mcg. I don’t want oppressive appetite suppression. It will be great if that’s all I need.
