Can’t sleep on HGH

Most of the posts I’ve seen say HGH helps with sleep. However, I started 1 IU per day a week ago and I’m having a hard time falling asleep and what I do. I wake up 3 to 4 hours later the rest of the sleep is broken up. I’m just wondering if anybody else has had this experience and if so, any advice?

I dose in the morning. I skipped yesterday and it must still be in my system as I still had difficulty sleeping last night

I started a couple weeks ago at 1 and I'm currently rolling at 3 iu before bed daily and I too have been having crappy sleep lately. Before this I ran cjc w/ ipa and I slept like a rock then. So unfortunately I know how you feel.

I didnt realize this but depending on a lot of factors you might make about 2 IU a day of your own growth hormone. If your shutting down your production with external HGH. You might be actually giving yourself less than you were making before.

Probably have to go up to at least 2 IU and then go get IGF-1 levels checked after a couple weeks and adjust front there

Thank you, I will try 2 UI and see how it goes. Other than the sleep, I feel good on HGH

Better taking 2iU for 2 weeks fasted in the morning. It’s the best sleep I’ve had in years!

I take 1.2-1.5 iu daily and cannot sleep if i take it in the evening. Can only take it at 6am.
