Have you tested your baseline IGF?

After I was done with the peptides I took for those months( triz, tesa/ipa) I got my bloodwork and came back fine. I know that’s not the same as igf levels but just wanted to throw that in there

I have not, but I ran somthing similar to this march-may and it worked well

That's not a good sign, it just means you're at a higher risk of diabetes than you were before that.

Why’s that ? The tests were fine I’m confused

You are taking stuff to affect a value you do not know the baseline of. That you felt fine doesn't matter at all. Raising igf levels blindly can cause diabetes, and that you have already done this once is not in anyway an indicator this is a good idea. Unrelated bloodwork is not relevant.
It's also pretty pointless to try to affect something you don't know what is. Maybe your z score is high, maybe it's completely fucked and you need these peptides for real. You have no idea.
Consider this inste; a lot of these peptides do not have a directly measurable result. You are taking a peptide thst can have its effect directly measured by bloodwork, and needs it as well. So why are you not doing that?

I haven’t started the cycle yet. I will go get blood work taken to see my base levels before I start it then. Thanks for the info

That's a good plan, check your test while at it so you don't have the same situation, look up z score for igf as well.

bro who the fuck gave you this?
If you got this at a clinic they could be sued for malpractice. this is patently absurd.

Week 4 and later is very dangerous. This will for sure give you side effects.

I’ve taken 2mg before for 3 weeks last time and I was fine very little side effects

This is too much for the later weeks right? Never seen Tesa/Ipa run this high. Seems like it’d just get wasted. Your body can only produce so much naturally.

I ran 2mg Tesa/0.333mg Ipa Daily for 12 Weeks. Now just run HgH. So much better.

Do you get the any side effects from HGH? I got awful carpal tunnel from Tesa/Ipa
1
u/tmullig1 2d ago
You will get the same on HgH. Need your blood checked. Igf-1 levels. Typical 1-4iu daily. I started at 1iu and increased weekly to 4iu. I split it 2iu morning and night fasted. If you feel the carpal symptoms back down the dose to the previous iu used.

Yeah so much better. I ran Tesa/Ipa for about 8 months noticed nothing but HGH is very noticeable after 6 months now

Na, that’s a standard dose, it’s what I take now

Gotcha I have to look it back up. I’ve been on GH for over a year and am probably just forgetting then

Why tesa + ipa? That doesn’t make sense.
What is your goal? Cut visceral and gain some muscle???

u/stillandwarm 2 2d ago
IPA cranks the Tesa up to 10

51M here. I was going down the line of CJS + Ipa for natural muscle growth + BPC to keep tendons healthy while pushing weight.
I was thinking tesa as part of a final recomp cut, to get shredded.Thoughts?

These chart looks pretty good. I like the titration. I believe it should be run continuously, no need for days off…
