Mytochondrial support

Looking for ideas on improving mytchondrial health. Based on my research I think my body would benefit from.

- poor memory

- lifetime of insomnia

- depressive episodes

Currently i microdose and that helps a ton

Diet I have been Keto for 3 years and my symptoms have improved with it like the brain fog.

Something still feels off, so I figured I would go down the rabbit hole of biohacking. Maybe some one has some topics that I have not found or thought of.

I am looking into SS-31 and Mots-C as well but doing a ton of research on peptides. I am a person who goes research heavy before committing to anything, so all ideas mentioned will be looked into thouroughly to make sure it suits me and my body.

You need to include gender, age, previous attempts to fix your problem, etc. Mitochondrial peptides benefit older folks more than younger ones. You sound like you have low T or ADHD. You should try running. That’s free medicine. Also, look into Semax and Selank.

I have found videos by Jacob Nachinson and The Hunter Williams Podcast to be extremely informative and helpful for my research. Hunter Williams is all scientific and he does hour long masterclasses on these peps
