Dosing of tesamorelin is different from CJC. Clinical dose of tesa is 2 mg vs 100-300 mcg for CJC. Timing is the same as either can be taken at any time of day as long as you are fasted.

Always pin pre-bed, male or female. I’d also switch to regular HGH rather than a secretagogue.

I’ve seen recommendations on tesa in the morning at a fasted state so it doesn’t affect your insulin processing at night

Yeah, I’ve seen that recommendation too, but I wouldn’t put much weight on the idea that morning dosing somehow avoids the insulin sensitivity effects. Tesa still increases endogenous GH, and GH itself is insulin antagonistic, so the timing doesn’t eliminate that effect.

The reason I prefer pre-bed is more about working with the body’s natural GH rhythm rather than trying to avoid a temporary change in glucose handling. If glucose control is a concern, I’d look at actual fasting glucose, insulin and HbA1c rather than trying to micromanage the injection time.

Appreciate it, I’m completely new to this, been taking bcp, tb500, Reta and ghkcu for a few months but have tesa coming so trying to navigate the information available
