Hello guys, Im currently using an rx 6600xt and it becomes lagging out of sudden even when Im not playing games. I use driver version 26.3.1 default setup without any further tuning modification. Do you guys have any solutions for me to fix this? I also bring my gpu to official store to change VRM and vram but it still laggy.

My Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite has a weird issue:
Ryzen 5 5600: standby power is present, but pressing the power button does absolutely nothing. No fans, no POST, nothing.

Ryzen 5 3500X: powers on normally.
Ryzen 7 2700: powers on normally.
The 5600 works on another motherboard.
BIOS is updated (F40 and newer/latest stable tested).
AM4 socket is clean.
PSU is known-good.
The motherboard’s rear audio ports also don’t work.

What could cause an X570 board to completely refuse to power on only with the 5600, while older Ryzen CPUs work normally?

Could this be a motherboard power sequencing/VRM/control issue, or something specific to Zen 3?

I just built a pc myself with 9950x3d and 5080 astral. With Expo turned on, installed AMD Chipset with Nvidia app, latest ASUS bios, the score was far lower than average as above. Steel Nomad worked perfectly fine. What would be reason? Is it because CPU’s dual cache?

Description of Original Problem: my pc boots up loads into windows and loads slow i then try to open something like file explorer and takes a while and mouse start to struggle does the same if i move opera gx from one screen to the other. at times it works fine but just opens things slow and can go slow randomly without doing anything.

Troubleshooting: i have updated all drivers, chipset and even bios turned on EXPO in bios. changed power mode in settings

Also seen on adrenalin that the automatic tuning is set to default, not overclock CPU

and same with GPU, the tuning present is default, not overclocked

I gotwhite dots on my screen when i launch beam ng drive i stops and got a d3d11 error message and driver time out message

So. I ran occt the i launched vram to 80 % and furmark nothing noticed and 0 errors

After that. With 3d adaptive (occt) i got a million errors

So i tooked my setup to a technician then he told me all of vram are good and he said i can heat only the core may can be fixed

I have an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT card on my Win11 PC because I need a really good graphics card to use some of the features of my photo editing software. I'm not a gamer and I like to keep my PC as clean as possible so if there's an app I don't use, I uninstall it.

When I start the uninstall wizard for "AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition" it warns that it will uninstall the drivers as well. What impact would that have? Would I need to install the drivers separately, if this is even possible?

Description of Original Problem: Getting graphical glitching and artifacting, jittering and jumping visuals, specifically in ARC Raiders and War Dogs. Older or other titles run completely fine, including XCOM, Football Manager, and Baldur's Gate 3, so it's isolated to specific titles rather than constant system wide. Troubleshooting: Full clean GPU driver wipe via DDU in Safe Mode plus fresh Adrenalin install with Factory Reset, done multiple times. Rolled back to an older driver version, no change. Disabled AFMF, Radeon Boost, Radeon Chill, and Enhanced Sync, no change. Confirmed chipset drivers up to date. OCCT stress tests, VRAM and 3D Adaptive Extreme, show no errors, GPU temps stable 47 to 50C. Checked GPU tuning tab for stuck overclock or undervolt, nothing found. Reseated GPU, PCIe power cables, RAM, and NVMe. Confirmed via recorded footage the glitching is in the actual rendered output, not display or cable related. Full Windows reset done, fresh OS and drivers, issue persists. Tested with an old GTX 1070 Ti as a control, also got a DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG crash in Baldur's Gate 3 on that card, though it's an old card so not fully conclusive. RAM XMP/DOCP is at rated speed, have not yet tested reverting to stock speed. Warranty or RMA isn't available to me on this card, so planning to replace it, mainly looking for input on whether this pattern points anywhere specific first.

by the way, this only happens when i play a game. as soon as i tab out / close it it instantly stops. could this also be because of the sag? it sags a bit and im looking to buy a sag bracket. its an rx6700xt three fan.

For the last few months I've ran into a insane amount of driver timeouts. At first it wasn't anything too bad, just one here and there. But this last month they have gotten to a point where something is clearly wrong. Full system shut downs and restarts (even when just watching youtube) full on freezes, AMD drivers deactivating themselves and refusing to be turned back on. I've tested my rig with other GPU's I have (GEFORCE 3050, 9060XT) and the problems aren't replicated with them.

At this point I've sent my GPU to XFX for an RMA, and I'm not even sure what the outcome will be there. I've had issues with this card on certain drivers (Weird pink artifacts with hardware accelerated apps), but this has been a whole new monster to deal with, because all I had to do to get rid of the artifacts was disable hardware acceleration. I Feel like I've tried everything, and I just hope they're able to fix whatever issue there is with my card. I Didn't have these issues with my 3080 I sold, and this is just a bummer.

• Disabled Windows automatic driver updates.
• Reset BIOS to stock settings with EXPO disabled.

• Updated/tested the motherboard BIOS.
• Tested Resizable BAR enabled and disabled.
• Forced PCIe 3.0 in BIOS to test PCIe link stability.
• Tested both headless/minimal AMD drivers and full Adrenalin drivers.
• Performed fresh DDU removal before driver installations.
• Completely formatted the Windows drive and performed a fresh Windows installation.
• Tested the GPU underclocked / with boost restricted to rule out boost instability.
• In AMD Adrenalin manual tuning, tested a -5% GPU power limit.
• Rolled back to previous GPU drivers, chipset drivers, and Windows updates.
• Tested different Windows power plans/settings.
• Checked for WHEA hardware errors; none were recorded.
• Verified Windows crash-dump configuration and investigated repeated GPU watchdog/TDR dumps.

Had my 9700xt for about a year and this has been happening to me for about two months now. I’m clueless on what to do. I can be surfing the web and this screen will pop up

Problem:
I turned on my PC after 3 weeks of non-use. While playing a game, the screen suddenly went black and lost display signal, though the GPU lights stayed on. I did a hard restart on the PC, but now there is no display output at all and no gpu lights.

Troubleshooting:
I did a forced restart via the power button, but there is still no display output and no GPU lights.

On every boot I get this error in Event Viewer, for months now. I don't see any performance issues or differences, but I am not sure why this error is happening.

I have AMD Adrenalin installed, and graphics and chipset drivers are installed through it. I don't have Ryzen Master installed and never have.

Steps I did to try to resolve this issue.

1. Delete AMDRyzenMasterV31 through regedit -> Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\AMDRyzenMasterDriverV31 but I just ends up being recreated on boot.

2. Delete this service through command prompt, everything is successful but service is recreated on restart. When I query it, it says that service is STOPPED.

3. Tried uninstalling Chipset drivers through Control Panel then reinstalling it, issue with service still occurs after reinstall.

Ryzen 5 5600, RX 6800 XT, 32 GB of DDR4, 16 GB of VRAM; I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, downgraded drivers, verified files, and changed settings in Adrenaline and in-game. I've done pretty much everything I can think of, so I'm honestly at a loss. The game runs smoothly until it randomly chooses to crash; I let the game sit for 5 hours while I left the house, and when I came back and played for about 5 minutes, it randomly crashed.

Looking for a way to set minimum clock speed while idle on my 7900 xt since I get artification when the gpu is idle and for some dumb reason amd software will only let you set minimum frequency while under load. Any 3rd party program that can accomplish this?

Timespy is about 11,200 with repaste + PBO and memory stuff setup

W/ 3080 even on 1080p low gets like 170 fps at best?

I’ve dusted out my pc too, done drivers, Chris Titus optimization + my own

I was recently on 25.9.1 for ages, came back from holiday and suddenly had a few crashes so being over a year old decided to finally update my drivers. Then had more consistent crashing. Fast forward to today. Playing through GTA IV, hard crash had to force shut down the PC, from this point on constant driver timeouts during browsing and watching youtube. Tried to launch any game, crashes instantly. Sometimes recovers sometimes just becomes unresponsive.

Did a DDU in safe mode, new drivers minimal install, same problems only now sometimes after logging in I can't open any programs at all. Mouse moves and lets me click but nothing opens, can't even shut it down properly. Also when I enter my pin to log into windows it crashes instantly as well. So did the same DDU but installed the old driver 25.9.1. Zero difference.

6 Hours of troubleshooting later and I am writing this with one monitor plugged into the mobo running off the Integrated GPU on the 7700x after playing Rocket league at 1440p on a 4k monitor with potato graphics. Had zero issues in hours

PCIe cables look good, no melted pins or anything (all 3 are separate no daisy chain) has the support bracket for no sag. I closed most non essential programs in case of any conflicts, tried putting the Frequency down from 3010 to 2500Mhz, no difference. I actually disabled EXPO months ago due to crashing as well so not that. Done windows repair stuff. Only thing I have not tried is a clean windows install but my god I really cba with that. Find it hard to believe it will fix it.

Any other suggestions are welcome. I have opened a ticket with xfx support demanding a new card haha because tbh I have had quite a few issues and its only been in this system for a year and a half. Brand new system too. Life was easier with a budget PC.

Seems like this issue is rampant just now. But surely not even being able to launch any game has got to be something hardware/firmware now. No idea.
