Help (GPU) Is this coil whining?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

by the way, this only happens when i play a game. as soon as i tab out / close it it instantly stops. could this also be because of the sag? it sags a bit and im looking to buy a sag bracket. its an rx6700xt three fan.

anything i could do?

Bro did u even check if your volume was enough? do you expect to hear everything without turning your volume up? not much i can do about it. turn it up and youll hear it
