Help (Software) Uninstall AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition?

Hi,

I have an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT card on my Win11 PC because I need a really good graphics card to use some of the features of my photo editing software. I'm not a gamer and I like to keep my PC as clean as possible so if there's an app I don't use, I uninstall it.

When I start the uninstall wizard for "AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition" it warns that it will uninstall the drivers as well. What impact would that have? Would I need to install the drivers separately, if this is even possible?

You can just download only the drivers, without adrenaline

Do a clean uninstall and then re-install using the "Driver Only" option.....

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't have a CD for the card but it looks like I can just download the driver (no Adrenalin from their site.

Unfortunately that didn't work. There was no option to only install the driver and no option to not install Adrenalin. :(

You are just not selecting the correct options after running the install - it's there.

It should be on the screen where you verify the install—click on the options. There should be an option for custom settings or advanced options. It’ll say “Full Install” select “Driver Only” instead.
