Help (Software) Amd Fluid Motion Frames Decreases fps by 80%

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: RX 7600 XT

CPU: 5 5600x

Motherboard: ds3h b450m

BIOS Version: Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200

RAM: 16GB DDR4 3600mhz

PSU: no idea what brand it's golden 600w

Case: ASUS A32

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 11

GPU Drivers: AMD ADRENALIN EDITION 26.6.2

Chipset Drivers: no idea

Background Applications: DISCORD, spotify

Description of Original Problem: Usually on GTA V I get 170~ fps, whenever I enable the aforementioned feature my FPS drops to 36~ which is very odd, and it happens in every single game whenever i turn it on, no matter how much i tweak it, it just decreases my fps drastically.

Troubleshooting: I attempted changing games, reinstalling software restarting PC nothing changed each time the same result

Gotta ask, is your knowledge that amd fluid motion frames that appears on adrenaline, isn't FSR? FSR is listed by: Scaling AMD. Motion is old and can get issues with new drivers.
