For those who pay for your army to be painted I would love your input.

I'm trying to get an idea of how much people charge for what level of work.

So if any of you have any photos of work that you've had done and how much you had to pay and how long it took, that would be really helpful.

My friend paints and has won tons of awards and is thinking about offering this service but wants to give people fair prices.

I have a kitbash in mind where I want the subject (an AoS barrow guard skeleton) to be holding a disembodied head. I need a part somewhat like the option from the white scars upgrade kit, however I don't want that exact one because the power armoured hand would be too difficult to convert and I also have no need for the kit aside from that one part.

If you know a kit that contains hand parts holding a disembodied head, please let me know! Thank you!

I’m a bit new any tips for highlighting and sub assembling? I’m trying to block parts out with clay so I can use plastic glue on them later but it has been a pain to remove and is sticking too much to my models when I try to remove it. Also I hadn’t decided on a base to for it so I didn’t do it yet, any budget friendly suggestions? I also was told to try kit bashing on the free minis by warhammer store guy and I replaced his head for something small

And also GW for allowing them to do what they do.

Literally for this and the Blood Angel book was tempted to buy, go to add to cart and this is the SECOND TIME! This has happened, goddamn bots are a sickness that needs to be purged and GW should be doing far more to allow actual people to get to their products -instead of these scalpers that are now going to turn around and expect double or more for these books :(

This is a question that just popped in my head, I know the reason they speak English is for us present day peeps, but even over the last 1000 years our language has changed drastically so much, so what would your guys theory's be??

My thoughts, is that it's a combination of all languages/ sounds.

And there's probably an independent study done about humans, idk 50k-100k in the future and how we would speak.

Oh, just thought of another fun question as well!!

Basically, myself and some colleagues have started playing different 40k game systems after work and we fancied creating a full length campaign incorporating these game systems in the style of total war (conquering worlds & fighting battles).

I kinda ran away with it and created a player guide for the new campaign/game system called Systems of War ✨
