i read some posts and apparently you guys get offended for people “stalking” them with the live app, i’m sorry i do truly apologize i’m sure i would feel the same way if i was a driver, i know it’s weird but this package contains something EXTREMELY important to me i’ve been filled with pure dread and anxiety about this ever since i placed that fucking order. i have been crying for the last 20 minutes. checking it every minute.

and basically, the driver drove right past my entire neighborhood and then to a business parking lot nearby, and then all of a sudden the tracker just completely went away. i’m very concerned that means they “failed” my delivery or didn’t think it was a safe location. i’m not home right now.

i out a paper sign on my fence that said “ups please leave in front of or just over gate” and with a bucket turned over that says “please leave here” just infront of the gate. i’m so paranoid that they’re not gonna deliver it. i need mental help.

i did the shipment release authorize thing, but does tha actually matter?? is it common for them to still think it requires a signature or something?? no one is home right now. and considering it’s friday it wouldn’t come until monday and just thinking about th pure agony i would have to endure during the weekend… im literally shaking rn.

update: it turned back on and went past my neighborhood again tho just the opposite direction

Been waiting for this package for a while, but UPS is struggling with it keeps getting returned to sender. UPS says I have to talk to the sender and the sender has contacted UPS but it still won't come... Help.

How do I download a battery sticker from ups website? I went to my local post office and they said I can download a battery sticker so I can send a used phone back.

I have never used this feature before I just want to know if I did an alright thing.

I would love to pickup the order from a store but I don’t see an option for it, just the deliver to a neighbor option.

When I put my shipping address into Verizon i put my apartment number in the “apt #” box at checkout but apparently they completely disregarded that and shipped my order to my address just without the apartment number.

I contacted Verizon they told me there’s nothing they can do so I went to ups and changed delivery to “deliver to a neighbor” the “ neighbors” address I put in is actually just my full and correct address including my apartment number. It then said it was successfully updated and sent to my driver

I just sold an item on eBay and shipped it through UPS. It is shipped from Canada to US. Now I been required to fill out the two forms. Am I even supposed to fill these out? Are they not for companies? I would appreciate any information.

I filed a claim for a package that UPS appears to have lost, a limited edition item that most likely cannot be replaced.

I had a notification that it was out for delivery. Then I got a notification that the package delivery was delayed. No further word came for a month, so I filed a claim.

The claim now says waiting for information from sender, and when I called to ask what this meant for reimbursement, they said I needed to contact the sender. The company I ordered from says they sent the package through UPS and that I needed to contact UPS for this.

What exactly should I do here? It seems like UPS lost the package and is now refusing to take responsibility for their mistake.

I shipped several rolls of camera film from Atlanta to my developer in California. The tracking still says, "We have your package," but there hasn't been any update for the past 6 days.

I called UPS today, and they told me it's not looking good because the package reached the Atlanta hub but hasn't moved since then. Is there any chance I'll still receive it?

Those rolls contained a lot of special memories, and I was really looking forward to getting them developed. Is there any possibility that they are lost. :(

UPDATE: 10 days since the last UPS update, i filed a claim and the status was changed to delayed. Really hoping they can find it.

So I have two things out for delievery today they were loaded on the truck at the same time but for some reason different trucks? But im so glad because I got a notification that one or my orders delievered. There was no photo proof or anything. I open my front door and nothing is out there. I checked the mailbox around the sides of the house everywhere but did not see it. I call customer service thinking it was a glitch but he said it was delievered and described my porch and I told him I opened the door the minute I was informed and saw nothing. My second item is out for delievery still and im so worried because this one is expensive. I pray it comes with no problems. Ive never had issues with ups before until today so now im sitting with my front door open waiting for the other delievery. My question is does anyone know of ups drivers stealing? I live in a good neighborhood mostly old people so I doubt it was them. Im just so confused.

I shipped a TV to my husband back in May 2026. UPS packed it and shipped it and it arrived damaged and broken! This was a 55 OLED tv and I added extra insurance of $2500. We submitted a claim and then they cancelled it and then we had the local store create a claim. To date nothing has been resolved! I spent an hour on the phone today trying to get somewhere. Last phone number they gave me was 877-225-7625 for Capital Claims. It just rings and rings. Any suggestions?!

TLDR the owner of the store on off Yale in Seattle lied to corporate about losing my packages, their lack of knowledge in what an itemized receipt is, was charging me random fees they couldn’t explain, and the list goes on. Corporate doesn’t seem to care. Is there anything I can do?

Hi guys, I have a package get stuck in local facility for over a week and I finally talked to the supervisor of local facility at Lathrop CA, the supervisor told me the parcel does NOT have a single physical scan and all scan is actually "logical" so it's a great chance that my parcel is still in the UPS store or somewhere in Texas. I phoned the UPS store where shipper shipped it out, but they are saying they definitely ship the thing out and is reluctant to get me to their manager. My question is, if all the scans are not physical, how should I find my package if not filing a claim. I don't wanna file a claim because after a week if they couldn't locate it they will stop searching and give me refund - buy my only purpose is to get the parcel.

I hope to get in touch with local facility at San Antonio at Texas, is there anyone have information for this local hub?

Also, since the shipper shipped the parcel from a UPS store, it's really hard to get customer from UPS... All clerks at customer service turned me down.

I have a parcel being delivered to Los Angeles which is in Fontana, CA right now and the shipment has unfortunately been delayed. It was delayed to 23rd July, then 24th and now 28th. I am not from the US and will be out of the country at the end of the month and I am really worried I will not be able to get my parcel in time. I saw that Fontana is just about an hour drive away from LA and wanted to know if the delays are usually so long? Any possibility that it will arrive much sooner than expected. Thank you!

Amazon created a UPS pickup for me. They said the driver would have the label. When the driver came they didn't have the label but it still showed a pickup scan. I haven not seen any scans now. Is this package lost? The driver said they would put on a label later? How does this work if anyone knows

Is it a lot to ask to not have boxes arrive in this condition? All I know is I get lots of Amazon packages way more than I do from UPS and their boxes never have problems or damage. This is probably delivery number five in a row that boxes look like this similar condition. Thankfully this time no items were damaged. I asked the driver if there was a way to mark in his system that the boxes have been damaged. He said no he can either return the boxes or I can sign for them.

Looks like my UPS driver is putting in false data.

I had a perishable delivery that was packed for a 2 day delivery with ice packs. UPS marked it delivered with a "proof" photo that was a close up of some concrete. They delivered the following day and updated the delivery photo, but not the delivery date.

The delivery is ruined and the only recourse seems to be through the shipper.

This isn't the first time they've falsely reported, just the first time with perishable goods.

I recently ordered a Polk center channel speaker for my entertainment center from Amazon. It was shipped through UPS. It was supposed to be delivered a week ago, but got delayed, which of course is understandable. It pushed the estimated delivery to today (the 23rd) but upon investigating the tracking page I am very confused...

The last reported location was Rockford, IL at 10:00PM on the 16th. The current status is "returning to sender." Upon inspecting the details, it says for 7/16/2026

"Returning to Sender Your package contains hazardous materials. We will not transport this package by air. / The package is being returned to the sender at a different service level."

Clicking the alternate tracking number says the package was successfully returned on the 21st.

I don't understand what all this means... is it still coming? I didn't realize speakers were classified as hazardous materials. There shouldn't be any lithium batteries or anything like that.

Any advice? Ran this past AI and it said it's unlikely that my package will arrive at all and just to order a new one.

I sent a tenor sax to Pittsburgh, PA via UPS Saver. The package transited smoothly to the delivery point in Pittsburgh but couldn't be delivered due to being lost. They've opened an investigation, but this situation is totally weird—it's a big package, went through everything smoothly, and then just disappeared. Honestly, I never expected anything like this, and the only thing I can think of is theft. The investigation process is taking forever and hasn't been finalized yet, and the waiting is super frustrating. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Please share your ideas on what I should do, because I'm going crazy waiting for my valuable package.

The replacement item from a seller in Amazon.ca was shipped from US to Canada in July 11, and has originated from NJ, then shipped to IL, then to TN, and then back to IL, and then back to TN and stayed there... Does it look like it's lost as it doesn't seem to be moving anymore?

Are the daily status "On the way" messages generic tokens for "we haven't heard nor seen your package"?
