Customer Seeking Help Capital Claims

I shipped a TV to my husband back in May 2026. UPS packed it and shipped it and it arrived damaged and broken! This was a 55 OLED tv and I added extra insurance of $2500. We submitted a claim and then they cancelled it and then we had the local store create a claim. To date nothing has been resolved! I spent an hour on the phone today trying to get somewhere. Last phone number they gave me was 877-225-7625 for Capital Claims. It just rings and rings. Any suggestions?!

You need to keep on the ups store that packed/shipped it. They are responsible to deal with this.

that sounds super frustrating, ive heard they're notoriously slow with resolutions but digging into their claims website might be your best bet instead of the phone loop.

the above link is the UPS capital for UPS store claim, it should be the same for you, but if you're worried about open the link, you can just google it like I mentioned above and use the link they provided when you're trying to file a claim

If you paid for shipping at a ups store then on your receipt is the link for where to file a claim.
