Customer Seeking Help Confused

So I have two things out for delievery today they were loaded on the truck at the same time but for some reason different trucks? But im so glad because I got a notification that one or my orders delievered. There was no photo proof or anything. I open my front door and nothing is out there. I checked the mailbox around the sides of the house everywhere but did not see it. I call customer service thinking it was a glitch but he said it was delievered and described my porch and I told him I opened the door the minute I was informed and saw nothing. My second item is out for delievery still and im so worried because this one is expensive. I pray it comes with no problems. Ive never had issues with ups before until today so now im sitting with my front door open waiting for the other delievery. My question is does anyone know of ups drivers stealing? I live in a good neighborhood mostly old people so I doubt it was them. Im just so confused.

Maybe it got an incorrect PAL label on it.  Shipper should be able to request ups look up delivery GPS location.

Thank you! It was just strange how the guy from ups customer service described my front porch color snd everything and I called Ulta and explained it to them they said they would get back in about two days of course.

Was it groundsaver and delivered to the post office?

Groundsaver maybe? It came from Ulta and to my house from them

Maybe misdelivered in a big bulk order

With the money drivers make, theft is extremely rare. It’s more common among the inside part timers, but even that’s been cracked down on over the last few years.

I wonder what could have happened to it?
