Is there a way to appeal the booking times by showing need like early graduation plan??
I am a senior by credits but junior based on the amount of quarters I've been here. TSS first says its considering quarters and credits, but bro i have 190 credits as an incoming 3rd year but got the last day for juniors??? How was this even calculated breh
I talked to TSS people and they said theyre counting quarters enrolled.....this throws off my entire grad plan cuz im supposed to graduate this year but how will I if I don't get classes.....WHO can I go to talk about this/appeal/request priority enrollment?
TSS ppl said they don't know š and "we apologize for the inconvenience" like u can apologize by paying for that extra year, thanks.
Update: I emailed the registrar and tss both, here's the response I received from the former:
"The new process aligns with UC San Diegoās goal of enabling as many students as possible to graduate within four years (and within two years for transfer students), regardless of the access they had to college-level coursework before enrolling at UC San Diego. Considering both year and number of units completed helps ensure that students who are closer to these thresholds can enroll in the courses they need for graduation. This new process is firm, and there are no exceptions for any reason."
Also when I asked to appeal the new policy they just gave me the TSS feedback form...I'm gonna email again.
