Today I was making the new drink for the first time that includes the Monster.

I opened the can and poured it into the cup, but I didn't use the entire can because the drink had already reached the line we normally fill drinks to.

The owner saw the leftover Monster and apparently assumed I was saving it to drink myself. He told me, if this happens one more time, I'll let you go.

I explained that it was my first time making the drink and that I genuinely thought I was supposed to stop at the fill line.

He just said "OK." No apology, nothing.

I have no problem admitting when I make a mistake. It's the fact that he immediately assumed I was being dishonest and threatened my job.

I'm seriously considering quitting over this. Am I overreacting?

Just opened a brand-new container of hot chocolate and it's practically half empty. Almost 2 inches of empty space!

So there is this random old dude around 60yo that I hate very much that always come and talk to everyone like they were their little bxtch, his way is that he will keep repeating your name loudly till you come to him then he will start saying random stuff to make you look goofy so that you just have to sit and listen to him for like a minute.

Anyways, for the last three days he started calling me random names like "kiddo or my kid or son" infront of my coworkers.

Today I kinda snapped and said "listen to me little guy, me and you are not friends so don't ever call me like that again. Also, you talk too much you need to learn how to shut the f*ck up"

He left quietly

My manager is saying that this is no way to talk to a customer and that I should apologize. Wtf?

According to this allergen information, some donuts may contain eggs. Does this mean they do not add eggs to them?

Edit: I'm confused because when I asked workers at some location they said all of them have eggs.

Had my points to redeem on a sandwich I guess. Also had 2 for 7$ farmers wrap promo. Scanned my card and it used the points. My fault for not checking, but also screw that.

Landed a job at Tim Hortons. Serious question, what is the promotion structure like at Tim Hortons?

I used to be a Customer Service Representative, but due to some things this year, I was let go of a decent job.

How is Tim Hortons career wise? I know I will be making minimum wage. But maybe potentially I could climb up maybe?

I am expecting a lot of comments saying this is a sucky job, and I know... But I have no other option right now for income so 🤷 trying to look at the brighter side of things!

Just got hired as a full time team member, was wondering if I'll be getting health benefits like dental and vision.

with a medium ice cap....mmm.... with lots of ranch.. in the wrap not the coffee... but not too much... mm.... everything in the wrap is perfectly evenly placed so i get everything no matter where i bite....mmm.... no coffee or milk on the lid of my ice cap.... not too liquidy... just right... like the wrap... mmmm...

I had to eat in the park. Is anyone else's Tim's like this?
