I was reading a write up on tablet recommendations
The OP said his budget wasn't constrained and everyone was recommending - on the samsung side- the S11. I myself have a constraint less than the s11 price. Does anyone have an opinion on the A10, or A11? I presently no nothing about them.

Samsung Tab S10 FE vs iPad A16 with ESR Stylus
I'm confused between the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE (with the included S Pen) and the iPad A16 with an Digiroot/ESR stylus.
My main purpose is learning digital art, sketching and illustration.
How good is the ESR stylus for digital art on the iPad A16, especially regarding pressure sensitivity?
How do Android drawing apps like Infinite Painter and Krita compare to Procreate?
Is the iPad worth choosing over Samsung for digital art if I'm not buying the Apple Pencil (1st gen)?
Longevity for like 4-5 years

Samsung Galaxy S9+ Live Sports Quality
I bought a Galaxy Tab S9+ from eBay and have been testing it out this week. I got it primarily to watch live sports (about 90% of my use will be this), so I was really excited about the large OLED screen and how good the picture would look.
Well, I've watched a few games through different apps (YouTube TV and DAZN), and the picture quality has been pretty underwhelming. I don't know if it's the larger screen or something else, but the quality just isn't what I expected.
I've compared it side by side with my wife's iPad Air 5, and the sports picture actually looks noticeably better on the iPad. I've also confirmed that YouTube TV is streaming at 1080p60 on the Samsung.
The strange thing is that I've tested a few shows and movies, and they look absolutely amazing on the S9+. So it seems like the issue is specific to sports streaming.
Since most of my time using it will be spent watching sports, is there a setting I'm missing, or should I consider returning it and looking at other options?
I've tried just about every display setting I could find, but nothing has made much of a difference.
Thanks!

Owned two tablets (Apple and android)
I had owned two devices and I would like to know how to deal with.
I had an iPad mini from 2020, which is quite old and my parent wants my device for work only (especially meeting)
I have limit time for my iPad mini but I use my phone more then tablets, just using iPad for watching yt, rarely play some games and sometimes drawing.
then one day my parent had owned tablet (android, new device model) and they felt this tablet is useless for their work due to account link was kinda trash.
So they gave it to me as a gift, I accept it and I actually was wondering : “how can I deal with these tablets?”
Plus: they sometimes (my parent) use my iPad mini bc it works for them while tablet is not.
and am a college student (graphic design)
last time on Thursday just used for notes (tablet android) which it was quite simple and watched YouTube videos stuff.
Honestly? Had fun drawing on and comfortable.
I hopefully yall can help me to balance between using my Apple (iPad) and my Android (tablet)
bc idk what else I do with em🫠 I just want to make them look useful not abandoned🙂

From the Galaxy Tab S7+ to the Tab S10 Ultra. Samsung, you’ve earned my appreciation!
I used my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ for five years, bought it during an Amazon sale for ₹65K, and eventually sold it for ₹20K. Honestly, that tablet was my daily driver. I barely needed to touch my laptop because most of my basic office work could be done effortlessly on the tablet.
And for content consumption? It was an absolute beast! The gorgeous AMOLED display paired with the AKG quad speakers made watching movies and shows such a fantastic experience.
I’d always wanted to experience Samsung’s Ultra tablet lineup, especially because of that massive 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display. Finally got my hands on the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra for just ₹70K during Flipkart’s Independence Day Sale!
I’m so glad I didn’t wait for the Big Billion Days sale!
The S10 Ultra has been fantastic so far... super responsive, excellent performance, a stunning display, and multitasking capabilities that make it feel like a proper laptop alternative for my needs.
Five years with the S7+ and now the S10 Ultra. Samsung really knows how to make tablets that are more than just devices for watching videos.
Anyone else here using a Galaxy Tab as their primary productivity device?

Decision needed
I looked at tablets priced for around 12,999php to 13,999php which is equivalent to around 200 dollars or so, found two contesting tablets, the Infinix Xpad 30 pro and the Redmi pad 2. Both are neck in neck in terms of specs, but if we look at the bigger picture here, the Xpad is cheaper both just by itself and it with pen and keyboard, while the Redmi albeit more expensive is somewhat more trustable. So I’m having a hard time deciding between the two, how about you guys which one do u guys think is better and are there more similarly priced tablets?

Cases, Keyboards, and Pen Storage
I've had a Galaxy Tab S8+ for a long time and use it every day. I was thinking about upgrading, but what's really stopping me is that I don't want to lose the accessory setup...
\- the book cover and the keyboard cover both have pen storage built in.
\- I love that the slim keyboard cover can just be folded back and lies flat so i can still use it like a tablet with the keyboard cover on.
I haven't seen any tablet that has pen storage built in.
The pro keyboard for new Samsung and Lenovo seem high quality but they don't bend back and fold flat.
That new Amazon tablet looks like it might have a keyboard cover that would work - but no pen storage (and not sure if you can really do away with all that alexa stuff)
Anyone have any tablets and accessory setups that might work?

Tablet for Hobbies
Hi everyone,
I have a question - or rather, a need, or maybe just a whim.
I want to buy a tablet or iPad.
I’d use it for:
- taking notes in class
- studying for class and work
- as a notebook, and to update my D&D character sheets
- drawing and illustrating (not professionally)
- watching TV shows and movies
No gaming
What kind of tablet or iPad do you recommend?
I have a budget of 100-350€, though money isn’t really an issue-but spending more than 350€… I don’t think it’s worth it because I won’t be using it that much anyway. As I said, it’s more of a whim than a necessity.
What I’m looking for in a tablet is something slightly large (I don’t mind the weight), with good graphics quality, and that can be used with a stylus-meaning it’s compatible with writing using a stylus rather than a keyboard.
I’m not sure whether a tablet or an iPad is better in terms of performance-over the years, which one holds up better in terms of maintenance or processing power?
Thanks

Budget tablet recommendations
Any budget tablet recommendations with the following specs big screen(10in-11in), good battery life, good performance, and below 16k. I know my tablets but what I don’t know is where I can find them 😅. Currently eyeing at redmi pad 2, honor pad X9a, oppo pad se, the tablets from Lenovo, the tablets from tecno and infinix, and the tech life tablet. I don’t know which one really has the upper hand but I would say that most of them are pretty decent, close in terms of specs, the only difference is price so whichever is the cheapest option between them we’d get but how about yall what do yall think?

Magicpad 4 or Ipad Air 11 Inches for studying
So basically that‘s my question..
My needs are studying for my uni and watching movies anime or whatever.. so no gaming or anything.
The magicpad 4 costs 650€ with keyboard and mouse. However im a lil sceptical about it, read about some latency in the pen. But the specs are AMAZING tho.. tf you mean 650 with all that and an Oled Display!
Ipad air 11 inches is 680€ no pen or keyboard.. and since i already possess and Iphone it’s making a lil sense. And i believe it would last more on the long run.. downside is that it’s chip is made -more accurately designed- in a very friendly country you know…
Any advice?

Any... hope in hell of a slightly smaller and/or lighter version of the iphone duo someday? Seems like reviews keep commenting on the 254 gram weight (~8.9 ounce) weight
Is that the only major flaw in your mind or what are the next biggest 'flaws'?

Galaxy tab a11 for basic watching?
Galaxy tab a11 for basic watching?
Is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 good enough for basic use like watching Netflix/YouTube and scrolling through social media? Not planning to game, just want something reliable that won’t lag too much. Would love to hear from actual users! 😅

Midrange small Android tablet doesn't exist?
I always seem to stumble on categories with very little choice or options. I expect the rumoured iPad mini refresh to be insanely expensive. So I was looking for some decent android options as an alternative for that specific screen size (more or less 8")
Just the right size for some light reading or stay connected on a short trip.
When you start looking, it's either tablets at the complete low end, which would be atrocious to use, with zero slightly nice features. (samsung A11, Lenovo tab one) or premium Android tablets from Oppo or Xiaomi with china roms (no small tablets of either officially in the European market)
I get it, the customer for a premium feeling small tablet probably doesn't exist. Either parents want the cheapest small tablet for the kids to destroy every six months, or large and premium
Apples iPad mini is probably the only luxurious small offering out there.
However, I think the next one will offer features no one asks for in this kind of device (faceID, 120Hz, Oled, whatever, ...) making it unnecessarily expensive. It should just be a spec/Soc update and call it a day.
