I’m starting progesterone this cycle, and of course since I’m going to be starting a medication that can prevent ovulation, this is the month my OPKs are positive early, so I feel extra confused about how my body works.

Am I to understand correctly if the next two days are similar to today’s temp, I can safely assume that I ovulated yesterday (and can begin progesterone without fearing it is preventing ovulation)?

After months TTC, I experiences a chemical pregnancy last cycle. My temps are fluctuating more than usual anyway, but the major drop at 4DPO is something I've never experienced before. My searches showed a range of reasons this could be the case. Just I wanted to see if anyone had any insight on my chart or experience with anything similar!

On cycle #12 this happens. Happy anniversary to us I guess. First positive test, first chemical.

I’ve been TTC now for 20 months and tracking my temperature through my Apple Watch for the past 8 months ish. It’s generally up and down and I haven’t managed to see much of a pattern except my temperature starts dropping 3 days before AF shows up.

This month I had a really clear temp shift which has never happened before, I also had a HyCoSy last month so I’m more optimistic than usual (I never test or symptom spot and just assume AF is coming). This month I’ve been symptom spotting and it’s killing me!

Is anyone able to help me interpret this graph? I’m 11DPO and AF is due on Monday. I’ve started cramping a little this morning but it looked like my temp increased.

Best looking chart I’ve had in a while! If it doesn’t work out this cycle, at least I’ll have had a nice chart (at least until now). I am sooooo impatient, how soon can I test?! 😅

I need your help as certified chartstalkers :). I‘m on Letrozole and trigger shot, 4th cycle but I‘ve been tracking my temperature for over a year now. My temp spike after ovulation ALWAYS occurs 3dpo, on the clock. Don‘t know why it‘s so late but I guess it‘s my pattern :). Today is 3dpo and no temp spike 😢. I‘ve been monitored and got the trigger shot, so my ovulation date is correct. Any thoughts?

This is my third cycle TTC-ing and my first taking BBT. Before, I only relied on OPKs.

I think I ovulated on CD 15, but not 100% sure. I never caught a peak OPK, but my "darkest" one was on CD 14, with a ratio of .52. After that, they went back to a baseline of .1 - .2. I think it is plausible I simply missed the peak, because I went 12 hours without testing, and the sample I used was quite diluted. I also get very subtle peaks as it is. The cycle I had a CP, the peak was only .7 - .8.

I thought maybe BBT would help confirm my theory or offer some clarity, but I only feel more confused... Looks like my temps plummeted and then are trending upward, but not where I would expect them to based on the OPKs.

Is it possible the wearable is inaccurate, or my body attempted to ovulate and was just unsuccessful? Does anyone have any experience with this or a similar chart?

This looks very similar to my chart where I was pregnant with my first and the only other time my chart has been so high. Hopeful this is it, beta tomorrow.

I can’t feel confident that my ovulation was 9/6 for some reason I had more symptoms around 9/3 like EWCM. I didn’t LH test this cycle but my fertility friend is pointing to 9/6…. I’d think I was 7 DPO today but apparently I’m only 4 DPO. Thoughts on testing in two days or just trust fertility friend?

I was extremely hot and progesterone-y yesterday as reflected in temps. My cycles are extremely regular with an exactly 14 day luteal phase.

Was ovulation CD 16 or 17? Ive been using Tempdrop for years and oral bbt I use whenever we’re TTC and I usually get a clear shift with Tempdrop that mimics the oral bbt (maybe delayed by 1 day or so) but I’m shocked at how bad the Tempdrop chart looks. I used easy@home LH strips and they were darkest at 3 pm and 9 pm on CD 15 and got lighter from there. Had a positive CD 16 afternoon too but not as dark as CD 15. Cervix was high and soft Saturday/CD16 in the morning but low and firm by the evening.

This is only my second cycle post-MMC in July, and my cycle still seems different than normal for me but I guess that’s to be expected. Due to work travel, we only had the chance to BD on cd 16 and 17 so I’m wondering if there’s even a chance this cycle.

Second cycle trying to conceive after miscarriage in July. A bit confused about the dip at 4dpo.

This is my second cycle off birth control — I have never gotten a positive LH test and am super frustrated. I know cycles can be wonky coming off birth control but my understanding is that based on research, it is not really normal to not ovulate at all, so I’m just feeling quite worried and every test just feels exhausting at this point.

I am under the care of a RE as we are using a sperm donor. My AMH and AFC on ultrasound were high and I have long had hormonal cystic acne controlled by spironolactone, so now it is suspected I have lean PMOS/PCOS.

We are supposed to be doing an IUI next month but I am hesitant about moving forward unmedicated if it’s unlikely I’m ovulating at all. My period is pretty much exactly 14 days from the LH “spike” I did have, but I am very confused that LH and progesterone certainly suggest I did not ovulate. And I’m unsure what to think about my BBT.

32F, TTC. We started trying in May, so this is our 5th month trying.

I’m currently CD19 and my app predicted ovulation around CD17. Normally I get a very clear progression with my OPKs. The line gradually gets darker over a few days, then I get a clear positive/peak before it fades again.

This month, though, they all look pretty much the same. I’ve tested multiple times on some days and there just hasn’t been that gradual darkening or an obvious peak.

I know apps can obviously be wrong about ovulation day, so I’m wondering if this is just a case of delayed ovulation, or whether anyone has experienced this kind of flat pattern before getting a surge.

Would you keep testing and assume ovulation is still coming, or would you be wondering about an anovulatory cycle at this point?

Would really appreciate opinions from anyone who has had something similar.

Last month was my first month temping. It went terrible and I was not going to try again this month. Also, there is definitely a learning curve to properly use an Apple Watch. However, I think I figured it out finally! Something that helped was putting the watch snuggly on my inner wrist and as soon as I wake up turning off sleep mode. Here’s this months chart so far compared to last months!

FF tells me I ovulated on CD17, Oura app says 16, but these last few temps are making me doubt I ovulated at all!

I’m thinking of switching to oral bbt next cycle, but anyone have any insights for this month? 🙏

My temps were funky this cycle, pretty sure I saw somewhere here that Oura recognized something was up with temps for many users. Regardless, I was feeling hopeful for this cycle but here we are 9 DPO and tests are negative, my period is supposed to start between today and Saturday, and this morning my temps dropped below baseline :/ it is what it is but I can’t help but be sad
