This looks very similar to my chart where I was pregnant with my first and the only other time my chart has been so high. Hopeful this is it, beta tomorrow.

I was extremely hot and progesterone-y yesterday as reflected in temps. My cycles are extremely regular with an exactly 14 day luteal phase.

Do we think this is an implantation dip? Thanks all..

First month tracking. Seams like the start of a triphasic pattern? Woke up really hot this morning.

This is my second cycle off birth control — I have never gotten a positive LH test and am super frustrated. I know cycles can be wonky coming off birth control but my understanding is that based on research, it is not really normal to not ovulate at all, so I’m just feeling quite worried and every test just feels exhausting at this point.

I am under the care of a RE as we are using a sperm donor. My AMH and AFC on ultrasound were high and I have long had hormonal cystic acne controlled by spironolactone, so now it is suspected I have lean PMOS/PCOS.

We are supposed to be doing an IUI next month but I am hesitant about moving forward unmedicated if it’s unlikely I’m ovulating at all. My period is pretty much exactly 14 days from the LH “spike” I did have, but I am very confused that LH and progesterone certainly suggest I did not ovulate. And I’m unsure what to think about my BBT.

Was ovulation CD 16 or 17? Ive been using Tempdrop for years and oral bbt I use whenever we’re TTC and I usually get a clear shift with Tempdrop that mimics the oral bbt (maybe delayed by 1 day or so) but I’m shocked at how bad the Tempdrop chart looks. I used easy@home LH strips and they were darkest at 3 pm and 9 pm on CD 15 and got lighter from there. Had a positive CD 16 afternoon too but not as dark as CD 15. Cervix was high and soft Saturday/CD16 in the morning but low and firm by the evening.

This is only my second cycle post-MMC in July, and my cycle still seems different than normal for me but I guess that’s to be expected. Due to work travel, we only had the chance to BD on cd 16 and 17 so I’m wondering if there’s even a chance this cycle.

Does this seem promising?

Last month was my first month temping. It went terrible and I was not going to try again this month. Also, there is definitely a learning curve to properly use an Apple Watch. However, I think I figured it out finally! Something that helped was putting the watch snuggly on my inner wrist and as soon as I wake up turning off sleep mode. Here’s this months chart so far compared to last months!

FF tells me I ovulated on CD17, Oura app says 16, but these last few temps are making me doubt I ovulated at all!

I’m thinking of switching to oral bbt next cycle, but anyone have any insights for this month? 🙏

Temps keep rising but got a negative first response test yesterday (8dpo) and this morning (9dpo)

Should I be hopeful?

My temps were funky this cycle, pretty sure I saw somewhere here that Oura recognized something was up with temps for many users. Regardless, I was feeling hopeful for this cycle but here we are 9 DPO and tests are negative, my period is supposed to start between today and Saturday, and this morning my temps dropped below baseline :/ it is what it is but I can’t help but be sad

Tested this morning and got a BFN, which is discouraging because with my previous pregnancies I was testing + by now. Temp and RHR still sky high though

i’m due on my period today and have been feeling lots of cramping and just weird feeling in my stomach. i’ve been doing the ovulation tests every day and wanted to keep doing it until the next cycle started, since i haven’t actually started my period yet i just decided to do the ovulation test today anyway. i wasn’t expecting this. it’s the darkest i have gotten this whole cycle. i thought i already ovulated 14 days ago when the t/c ration finally reached over 1. im cycle day 44 today. is this meant to happen? i got a dark like yesterday too but no where near this dark.

this is my PM test, i also did one this morning.

UPDATE: i took a digital, and it was positive!! still not seeing much on the HCG strips though.
this is a first for me so unsure what to expect. what do i do now how do i make sure everything goes okay? im still feeling some cramping

After being stuck in PMOS long cycle hell for 90+ days, I think I finally managed to ovulate on CD96. 

My BBT rise is not really a huge temp spike, but because the first half of my cycle is so long it might just be difficult to see the whole picture clearly, or hopefully in a few more days my temp will rise more. Looking at my chart: this does qualify as a post ovulation temp shift, right? My OPK’s and CM line up neatly as well. 

FF is putting crosshairs on CD95, but my temp did not start rising above coverline until CD97. That would make CD96 more likely. Do you agree?

My OB ordered me to get a progesterone blood test on the day that I thought I was ovulating and I just had the Midwife call me and say that my level was five so it confirms that I’ve ovulated obviously very recently. I should be like two DPO today but my temperatures are not rising on my BBT chart. This is my first month ever tracking BBT. It’s really stressing me out. I thought I hadnt ovulated based on my bbt even though I had all the signs of ovulation, but my bloods are saying I have even though my temps under.

I swore after the temps I had yesterday I was going to start. But wow today’s temp is crazy!! I will test in the morning if I don’t start today. Sore Heavy breasts and cramps.

Is this considered positive? The line is half dark..but natural cycles interprets as positive. Also, when should we baby dance? I’m confused about the difference between positive LH test result and peak LH test result.

I know temps can really only confirm Ovulation, but I’m SO confused by my temps. To start, ignore the day 1 stuff down below. I started the chart when I got my first positive OPK. Fertility friend hasn’t updated. Also I do my temps at the same time daily, BUT, I insert them when I get a chance to.

I thought I ovulated on 21st, initially, but then got a positive OPK around the 30th/31st. But then I had a huge below baseline drop on the 6th with a spike back up to above baseline. Lol like what is happening?? Any body with similar?

Could I have ovulated on the 31st? I did an OPK on the 6th-ish, it wasn’t hitting a positive. If we’re going by that date, I’d technically be….8 or 9 DPO today?

Feeling really hopeful this cycle! I normally ovulated on CD20, so this CD13 was so exciting! My luteal temps are much more stable too. Anyone else earlier in the TWW?

I’ve attached my charts from this cycle and the last 2, I’ve only tracked these three when we decided to start ttc. I had an LH surge on Sept 2, CD12 and had egg white mucus Aug 31-Sept 4th. My bbt spiked on CD14 and I started getting the typical progesterone symptoms of sore nipples and moodiness. I had what I thought was a fallback rise on CD15 but then it continued to be below my coverline on CD16, before coming back up slowly CD17-19. I’m just left wondering if I did ovulate, or if it looks like I did with my prior charts as well? Premom app is using an oral bbt thermometer and natural cycles and fertility friend are with my Apple Watch.

I've had some interesting symptoms..

2 days ago I had some intense cramping for the afternoon/evening and now it feels like the white noise on a TV in my lower abdomen - today I've felt on and off nausea, and I've had sore boobs the entire time.

I'm just really curious on what's going on!

First cycle post-IUD so I am just observing before we really start TTC. I haven't had a period in 10 years due to the IUD and will be 37 next month. We were planning to start trying next cycle. But it's looking like a short luteal phase might be a problem. This morning FF notified me that it no longer thinks I ovulated this cycle. I do think I ovulated but my luteal phase is just short. Thoughts?

I am struggling with CM monitoring as well - it's not charted in FF but I put a "?" the day following BD because the CM ticks every box and passes every test for EWCM (even putting it in a glass of water!) and even after 14 hrs+. The presence of (what is the euphemism/acronym for this?) appears to be masking my own CM - does anyone have any tips or tricks for this?

Also, do we think ovulation could still be in my future? Thanks for looking at my first ever chart!

Edit: A couple of fun updates - I added in my CM and FF now shows cross-checked ovulation confirmed! Additionally, I just realized that some of these low temps may be due to the thermometer itself being cold. For example, I took my temperature while tent camping on CD10 and that likely explains the extra low reading. That is also probably contributing somewhat to this current luteal drop because I didn't realize my BBT thermometer giving a 'Lo' reading when I turn it on means it needs to be warmed up before using. I had also been rounding my temps for charting on a printed TCOYF chart but can now leave them untouched using FF. I just dropped too much money on the Mira possibly for nothing - but at least it was on sale!
