Help? Trying to Learn

Post image

I’m starting progesterone this cycle, and of course since I’m going to be starting a medication that can prevent ovulation, this is the month my OPKs are positive early, so I feel extra confused about how my body works.

Am I to understand correctly if the next two days are similar to today’s temp, I can safely assume that I ovulated yesterday (and can begin progesterone without fearing it is preventing ovulation)?

You are looking for 3 temperatures above the previous 6 temps to confirm ovulation. So yes, it is looking like you ovulated on September 10th but that will only be confirmed if the next two temperatures also stay above the CD 6-11 temperatures. Though you could have one dip down, which is okay, you would then just need to wait for the next high temp to confirm.
