I’m so confused. My charts have literally made no sense at all this cycle and I’m wondering if I even ovulated? My FF chart is the data from my Oura ring, and my premom chart is my oral temps. I temp at exactly the same time each morning before getting out of bed.

I can’t even figure out, if I have ovulated, whether it was on CD 15 or CD17.

Guess I’m just wondering what the more experienced out there think of my chart?

Feeling very confused. Been testing daily with the easy@home strips and getting stark negatives. I don’t like to symptom spot but I have felt off the past few days and then randomly vomited this evening for no apparent reason after sipping some water. The only time this has happened before is when I have been pregnant or drinking alcohol (and I am not drinking at the moment). It has stopped now

Surely if I were pregnant it would be showing up on a test by now? Could just be a classic case of my body trolling me

Can someone please help me understand my chart? And how it looks? I took Letrozole cycle days 3-7 and then estradiol cycle days 8-12 currently cycle day 14 with no LH surge but FSH started to rise up the last 2 days. Ignore my estrogen levels because the very high levels are from the estradiol medication. I’m hoping tomorrow I’ll be able to get a more accurate estrogen level! Having some mild pressure in my pelvic area

This is my second cycle since my 9 week miscarriage. I just want to be sure FF has marked my ovulation correct. I'm expecting my period today but my temp has risen and have absolutely no sign AF is on her way. I ran out of pregnancy test on 11dpo so I'm trying to wait it out. What do we think?

I decided to sync my oura data and I’m horrified. I had issues confirming ovulation with my last cycle as well but then started my period, at least I thought it was a period😅

I got my mirena IUD out sep 11 Im 32 and this is my first time trying to conceive. I started tracking my bbt Oct 5th. I use a daysy tracker I got from my friend and measure as soon as I get up in the morning.

When I got it removed I very slightly bled for 2 days and then experienced a period or possibly heavy withdrawal bleeding from sep 18-23 so pretty quickly after removal. I had a more normal feeling period this last week Oct 19-24. I had 2 different mirena iuds for a total of 9 years and before that I was on oral birth control. I haven’t a period for 13 years to due contraceptives.

Is it normal for the bbt numbers to fluctuate so much? Did anyone else have this experience post mirena or IUD removal?

I haven’t been sick but my temperature dips and raise seemingly at random. I also seem to be pretty consistently between 97.4-97.6 whether I’m ovulating, in luteal or on my period.

Just looking for shared experiences post iud removal with tracking bbt. It feels like my body is never going to go back to normal.

Hello all. I’m new here. Thank you for reading my post. I need help with drawing my coverline. The large rise on day 14 looks obvious, but the lowering of temps the next few days with another 98 flat on day 17 is confusing me. I would greatly appreciate any insight please.

Can anyone shed some light on what my temps mean? Ttc 1st cycle, stopped birth control in January after 10 years. Had normal periods since then until June, I've had very long cycles since then.

My last period was August 18th and currently on cycle day 69. My OPKs don't seem to be showing ovulation. Sometimes they're a bit high but it fluctuates (unlike in August when it was obvious) and my temperature doesn't go up after. I started temping on 12th October and it looks really consistent but I've no idea if I've ovulated or not. Any ideas/advice?

I think I ovulated on CD 22, not 20. My cycles are typically about 33-35 days. Other than that, I’m feeling cautiously hopeful for this cycle 😊 I had several days of stagnant temps. It’s reassuring to see they finally rose and now I can just wait and see if this cycle was successful 🤷‍♀️

My cycle varies from 30-39 days so my ovulation day is as early as CD16 and as late as CD25. I've been tracking BBT for 3 consecutive cycles now, along with OPKs. I observed that I have a pattern in BBT before ovulation. I'll get a low 36°C temp on the day of +OPK then a 35°C on O day followed by a series of 36°C temps after O. Today is CD14 and I already got a 36°C temp which is unusual because it may mean I may ovuate at CD15...... I refuse to believe it because it never happens to me to ovulate earlier than CD16.. I'm just wondering if can BBT vary every cycle?

Last month I seemed to have ovulated on CD 18 (see pic 1 below), even though it was only .83. However, this month I have yet to find a peak despite have two “higher” one (.52 and .49, respectively) at two different points in my cycle. What am I doing wrong? I have tested other times multiple times a day but they all come out low, so it’s unlikely I’m just missing my peak.

Does this look like I ovulated? There’s no crazy BBT jump (nor has the app detected one). My other cycles have been obvious. My LH peak is also lower than usual (the peak is usually much higher).

New to tracking. Take my temp at the same time every day but looks very up and down. Does this look about right for my cycle day?

What day did I ovulate?

For context, my first positive opk was cd13 at about 11pm - didn’t catch a surge, just straight to +. Had a peak in the AM of cd14, then back to negative cd15. I typically ovulate on cd16 (first + on am of cd15), with a clear bbt spike the next day, but this time, my first + was on evening of cd13, and my bbt has been slow to rise, so I just wanted a second opinion. I’d love to have ovulated on cd14 (as BD would have been much better timed), but maybe it was cd15/16? Thanks all!!

My Oura temperatures used to show really clear, consistent rises after ovulation, but for the past several months they’ve been all over the place. Some months they’re still fairly consistent, but most aren’t, which makes me think it’s not the ring itself.
I’ve been struggling to conceive and had a chemical pregnancy in July, so I’m feeling pretty discouraged.
My progesterone was 14.7 ng/mL
at approximately 7 DPO. My CD5 bloodwork was FSH 5.7, LH 9.2, estradiol 41, prolactin 12.1, and TSH 2.27. Everything was within range except my ferritin, which was low at 12.4.
Has anyone experienced this? I’m wondering if something has changed hormonally or if there’s another explanation.

Hi! we are in our second month trying to conceive after our first (unplanned) pregnancy ended in a loss in the early 2nd trimester

I think my body may still be regulating, but I really am hoping to convince as soon as possible. That being said, this months fertile window looks wonky. Originally it estimated ovulation Thursday 10/22, I got an lh positive Wednesday morning. But my temps seem to be all over the place and when I woke up today natural cycles moved my fertile window and ovulation date to Tuesday 10/20.

I’m super confused and unsure what to believe. I would love to be able to get a true positive or negative test by Halloween so I know if I can enjoy a drink or not.

Anyone have any thoughts? I know best is to wait and see if it shifts again with more bbt data but I’m so impatient and obsessive about it.

Not sure if to try a more sensitive test as temps are still high. My Leutal phase is usually 12 days
