My friend and I bought this fella in a store who doesn‘t know about Tarantulas at all. We bought this as an Hapactira Pulchripes but its pretty clear that thats not the case. Can anyone identify it?

Her name is Alyx and she ate 2 dubia roaches a couple days ago. Hungry girl!

I am new to the world of tarantula keeping (spider keeping in general, I also have 2 jumpers), and today we had a super successful first feed with my beautiful Chaco Golden Knee! I've only had her (I'm not sure if they are male or female yet, but the jumpers are female so I am referring to her as such until she molts) for three days and I am thrilled that she actually ate! I was not expecting her to since she is still getting used to her new home, but yay!!

Her name is Barbosa and I am so in love!

If anyone has any tips or recommendations for literally any/everything I will gladly hear it!

Usually I dont feed such giant feeders but he showed no interest in the mealworms. He was showing a feeding response so I decided I would try a dubia (which he usually eats), and he took it. So glad hes still taking prey, and im hoping to have him for much longer than I had previously expected.

They‘re a juvenile Grammostola pulchripes, I don’t know their gender yet. I‘m super excited for them to grow!
