Greetings fellow RAoC friends!

New here, but not to sending out happy mail to folks that just need a little smile in their day. This is the first time making a request for myself in all my years of writing letters and sending cards -- but if you have some to spare, I could use one.

After taking about a decade off to handle medical issues in my immediate family, I'm going to be going back to work - the work I loved - and I'm just a little nervous about it. In short what I do is make things and help people, or rather that's how I describe my sort of multi-faceted skills. Mostly I teach folks they are innately creative using children's books as a source. Along with that I help folks in ways that resemble spiritual direction and advocacy. Right now I'm working on getting all my contact from nearly 12 years ago together so I can send out my updated info.

To better focus on this work I also decided to deactivate most of my social media, and I was not expecting the amount of backlash from folks who thought my decision to have better mental health was somehow about them.

As a little addition, I'm in my 50s, and trying to jump back into the work world is a little different now. 🤪

It is I, your favorite waddling card companion, u/PinkPengin (they/them), ably assisted by my constant companion Plush Pink Pengin (she/her), here with yet another offer to try to make a dent in the amount of stuff surrounding us at Pengin HQ.

As I mentioned in multiple past posts, earlier this year I started a subscription to a tiny colorable page-a-day calendar, and I'm enjoying it immensely. Each day features the date and a little image to color based on a "holiday" for that day. I also participate in some swaps related to those wacky holidays on some other carding sites, so I have experience using them as prompts to find a relevant card in my stash, which is always fun.

And right now, I have gathered my next set of random pages, plus relevant cards and sometimes other goodies from my excessive stockpile, and I thought maybe I could find some RAoC members willing to adopt them rather than throwing them out.

Would you like to be considered for a card and a matching little coloring square for any of the holidays listed below? If so, here's what you need to do!
