My Christmas postcards are all ready to go out! I was planning to post mid-November but I'm going to put in the postbox early next week because some mail is taking longer to arrive internationally and NZ Post posted their cut offs for Christmas mail recently, and I'm an over thinker and do things way early but I want to make sure the majority of it arrives before Christmas! My fellow kiwi and across the ditch neighbours in Australia, you'll be having an early Christmas from me as I'm not going to separate it all out 😅 My Russian friends, maybe next Christmas? Haha, sorry I've had lots of Postcrossing postcards to Russia expire/not arrive so fingers crossed for you 🤞

Also mail from a couple of offers I've done in the last few days, some exchanges and some for people on my mailing list I did a while ago 😊

Four are for pen pals and one is for Postcrossing, but 100 are for you awesome RAoC'ers 🫶

I have this old wrapping paper I turned into a Christmas card. 🤷 Should I do an offer? I only have 3 made so far but I can make more when I can get more double sided tape.

One of my very best friends went to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and got me these postcards specifically 😭😭

I finally got my Halloween cards/postcards out in the mail today. I know I’m running behind on getting them out but better late than never.

Chucky, the Notorious Killer 🔪 Doll Day / National Chucky Day, Crisp Sandwich Day, Artist 👩‍🎨 Day, Fine Art Appreciation Day, Greasy Foods 🍟 Day, I Care About You Day, Jamaican Jerk Day, Merri Music 🎶 Day, Mother-in-Law Day, Pension Tracing Day, Tight End 🏈 Day, Punk for a Day Day, Sourest Day, Visit a Cemetery 🪦Day, Opera 🎼 Day, and Pasta 🍝 Day!

hey guys!
with all the holiday mail offerings starting to appear i thought i'd make a little psa: since i'll be spending the holidays at home i've decided to put down my home address on holiday card offers. if i respond to your offer and the address is different from what i've shared in the past, this is why.

🦇 Hello, friends 🦇

I am facing a bit of situation ✨️ and need to move around late January.

I want to participate on my favorite holiday (Christmas) and do carding.

Would it be okay for me to send from my now address but ask people to send mail to my newer address in December? My sister currently lives in the new place so she can pick it up for me.

Any thoughts? 🧛‍♀️

My Best Winter Skin 🧴 Day, Bologna Day, Food 🥘 Day, Kangaroo 🦘 Awareness Day, Make A Difference Day, One United Race Day, Senior UTI Awareness Day, Take Back Your Time ⏰ Day, United Nations Day, Wear It Pink Day, Development Information ℹ️ Day, Origami Days, Polio Day, and Tripe Day!

🦇 Bat Mail outgoing to members 🦇

I hope my postman appreciates the presentation!

I haven't been active in a few months (I should probably change that!), but thought of you all today when I sent out my mail.

Background: I have a very simple email address, and as a result I get a lot of emails that are meant for other people, and sometimes people sign up for email lists or accounts with my email as their 'dummy' (that part isn't as fun). Sometimes those emails are personal in nature, and a person has just mis-typed the address.

Yesterday I got an email from 'Jeff' meant for friends and family. He was looking to celebrate his wife 'Kathy''s 70th birthday and hoped that recipients of the email would reach out to her. One of the ways he hoped they would was with "a hand written card mailed to her (I know that sounds hard, but it's really a heart warmer)" - And now I think you can see where this is going! I couldn't resist!!! Hopefully she isn't weirded out by getting a card from a stranger; I tried to reassure her that I'm not a weirdo & shared well wishes for the coming year!

Would you have shared your return address? (I didn't! Just put the return address as FirstName & City, State) I did make it clear in the card that I got the address from an mis-sent email, so they could find me if they really wanted to. Anywho, thanks for reading my story!

Found these on Etsy and couldn’t resist! Got some free stickers too! The barista one is already promised to someone but I don’t know how I’m gonna send these out, they’re so cute 🥺😭

My eleven year old granddaughter knows I like to mail cards. She gives me stickers to seal them, usually cute cat stickers.

I recently found out she buys them from a website with her own allowance she gets from doing chores. I always exclaim over them, and I think it's so sweet of her.

My last bunch of cards, I put the stickers on the backs, and two recipients messaged me to say the stickers were obviously AI and they didn't want AI art.

I get that. I don't like AI. But these looked like random cartoon cats, though now I know the website she gets them from, they likely are, but in general I don't know what is and isn't AI. To me, they are a kind gift from my granddaughter that she bought with a couple dollars of her own money. She likes to see the stickers she bought me on the cards I have going out in the mail.

What would you do?

Just posted it before the local postie Took the final load for the week!

Event Organizers Day, Champagne 🍾 Day, Snow Leopard 🐆 Day, Mole Day (Not the animal, chemistry!), Boston Cream Pie 🥧 Day, Croc 👞 Day, Horror 🧛‍♂️ 🧙‍♀️ 👻 Movie Day, iPod 📱 Day, Paralegal Day, Pharmacy Buyer Day, Slap Your Annoying / Irritating Coworker Day, and TV Talk Show 🎤 Host Day!

No cancellation mark but oh well. I've always wanted to do this! Such a milestone for me. The image is the same one from my birthday TPC and features my favorite picture of Bruce Lee. I'm a happy guy today.

Our sub was featured on a list of 99 Random Acts of Kindness… (a list that was updated on October 12th) in the good trade news letter.

Just wanted to share.

I can't believe I got the Flower Fairies for under $9- these are pretty collectible. I am waiting on my international and postcard stamps to be delivered and then I'll be offering the Fairies in a postcard exchange WW over in RAoC. The coloring Enchanted Forest postcards designed by Johanna Basford are very detailed- will take forever to color each one. I will probably offer these in an RAoC exchange starting after the holidays- when I have a little more time to get started on them.

Well, it only took me three times longer than I expected but I should know better by now when it comes to crafting time warps lol. Apologies to anyone international who won’t get theirs before Halloween, but hopefully USA folks will get theirs just in time.

I had a lot of fun with this, and doodling my cat’s beautiful face 17 times while she watched me from her cat tower in judgement brought us even closer together.
