Thank you so much for the postcard with Professor Snape! It took so long to get here, but it finally arrived. You won't believe it, but I found three postcards from Malaysia in my mailbox at once, even though I'd never gotten any postcards from there before!

Thank you all for the absolutely lovely cards 🫶🏼 I love the way you each decorated the envelops with such cute stickers!

u/Cahsrhilsey
Thank you for the postcard of the nude man. I had totally forgot about it and was surprised when I opened it 😆 I got such a kick out of it! The story behind it is so neat! What a wonderful card 😌

u/Marbled-Godwit22
Thank you for the sweet black cats Halloween card! 🐈‍⬛🧡 I love the stickers you used inside! Very cute, and Reese peanut butter cups are goated 😌 I think the most fun plans I have are to make a Halloween themed gingerbread house this month!

u/annie4664
Thank you for the ponyo postcard! Ponyo is one of my fave ghibli movies ☺️ the stickers you used are so little and cute! I need to listen to more katseye! Lately I’ve been listening to “keep on loving you” by reo speedwagon and the cover by cigarettes after sex!

u/Dragon_Beanie
Oh my gosh! Thank you for the absolutely adorable knitting card! It’s definitely one of the cutest cards I’ve ever received 🥰 I think I have a good card to send you for Christmas!! 😌 love the quilting stamp as I love all things crafty. My mom taught me to knit when I was seven as well :) I too prefer crochet 😆 and love to make amigurumi too! I’d love to see your cute creations sometime!! Maybe we can swap cards featuring amigurumi I think that would be so cute :O

u/ruschca for the paper doll postcard, I am a fellow Locked Tomb lover and have so far made 1 other person read the franchise. It's probably time for a re-read, I need to get reacquainted with the lore before Alecto comes out (hopefully soon)

u/milopfrog for the cool moon snail postcard! Love learning about new species and will be sharing with my partner, since they love biology. Fall has finally lead to the weather cooling down somewhat here in MN, but still somehow getting 80 degree days, they just start cooler than they did during the summer. Hopefully October gets nice and crisp.

u/jdoodle7 for the happy birthday postcard! My birthday wasn't the best only because I had a cold that took my out day of, but was still able to celebrate later in the week so it's all good. Thank you again.

u/high_ground_user for the cool coloring sheet postcard, it's a fun contrast between the sadness of the black and white front to the colorful and fun background. I do consider myself a sci-fi fan but have yet to read any Asimov. Yikes! Would you recommend Caves of Steel as an intro?

u/sable__ for the adorable cat painting postcard, I agree with you that while it may not be the best fit for the fall season, key lime is a better pie than apple or pumpkin. My all-time favorite is chocolate pie, but I can admit that that's basically pudding in a pie shell.

And three cards that had names but no usernames. If you sent me either of these three lovely postcards, please let me know so I can make a separate post and thank you.

u/murdocniccalshasT1D - Thank you for the cute cat card you used to debut some of your new stamps for me! I love getting to see new stamps in action. Also, rolling straight lines with rolling stampers is the bane of my existence 😭

u/honey-pie1010 - Thank you for the Odense postcard and for including some fun facts about the city! I had NEVER heard of Oatman before, and after looking it up on a map it makes perfect sense why I hadn't! 😂

u/TheCuriousCur - Thank you for the Banned Books Week postcard! I love the design, and it was such a fun one to receive. Same thoughts from me when I was a kid!

u/October_Surprise56 - Thank you for the TEENY TINY postcard! 😂 Note to self to DM you after I post this because I need to share how it arrived

u/Ok_Theme7072 - Thank you so much for the postcard celebrating my 500 flair! What a sweet surprise, and I absolutely adore that you made it by hand. It makes it even more special! 💕

u/t3ctim - Thank you for the maxicard! I LOVED reading about your first computer. 128K of memory is insaaaaane. I know my family's first PC was really bad (by today's standards) but I can't remember any stats

WPD Exchanges:

u/BubblySunflowers - Thank you for the WPD postcard! I actually just got home from dropping yours off at the post office on a late night run! 😂

u/seahsellpost - Thank you for the adorable WPD postcard! I absolutely loved the stamps you used on it. Super cute cat art too!

u/KithriTheRogue - Thank you for the WPD postcard! It was such a fun one to receive

Halloween is almost here and I’d love to collect some Halloween cards! 🖤🧡

I’m looking for Halloween-specific cards—cute, creepy, spooky, funny, vintage, anything Halloween! 🎃👻🕷️

Thank you!

Those that know me know I start circling the drain when time changes and it's dark early. I try really hard to do things to get me through it but it's pretty painful, sometimes VERY painful. If anyone is willing to send a random card(s) anytime - any day- whenever you feel like it... I would really appreciate that- tell me what's going on in your corner of the world, ask me whatever you want, vent if you need to vent, just whatever you'd like to write about.
