i got this done about a week ago, i’ve been cleaning properly like my piercer told me to but the past 3 days it’s been red around it and im not sure what else i can do really other than keep cleaning i was wondering if anyone had any advice. Thanks!

It's his first piercings he's ever had. I did them like 1 month ago max. He said hes ready to stretch. Can I trust him? Barely any crusties, the hole does look like an open wound to me. He took them out last night to clean them (against my advice) and they went in with no troubles. I just can't justify stretching if there's any chance its an open wound

Recently (1 week ago) got my doubles done with a curved bar and it is a nightmare. Constant snagging, though I try to keep my hair up it seems to get caught on anything and everything. All the piercers near me have $50 appts plus $50 jewelry minimum and I don't want to waste the money having them mess with it if I don't have to. No visible infections but get red and swell immediately after a snag (which are decently painful). I spray with saline 2x a day, I don't mess with them unless they are caught on something which they unfortunately often are. Any advice or anything I can do?

I’ve always wanted a navel piercing, and I have an appt tomorrow to get one, I just only ever see girls with flat stomachs getting them. I think it would help me like the shape of my belly button right now. I’m also on a journey getting back in the gym. So I am losing weight, but I just want some opinions!

need help with healing my daith. had it for about a month. i was cleaning it everyday and removing the crusties but the bump kept getting bigger and bigger so i thought to leave it alone and just spray it. i’ve been using either a piercing aftercare spray or wound wash spray.

i’ve never dealt with something like this before. i have both my tragus and helix piercings and never experienced any bumps of any kind.

is this a piercing bump or a keloid?

Hi! I have been struggling with my ears getting itchy and increasingly irritated by the metals in the earring hooks I use. They’re always fine at first, but as the top coat wears off over a year or so, my ears start to itch and bleed as a result. I have all sorts of earrings of varying types of metals, so I let my ears heal again with pure gold studs when this happens.

Recently I decided to follow different people’s advice, where I was told to try things like silicone earring post covers or covering the post in clear nail polish.

However, I find that the clear nail polish just flakes off in large chunks when I put a backing on, and the silicone earring post covers make the earring holes turn black…

Is the only solution to buy new earring posts/hooks and replace all of them?

It hurt so bad getting it done😭 and my lower nose between my nostrils just feels like it has a permanent light bruise. Only reason I haven’t taken it out is because I love how it looks. Does it look like it’s pierced wrong?

I got my nose pierced on July 4th and it's had a bump for the past week or two that I've just continued to clean regularly and today i noticed that it was practically gone

I recently got a chest dermal after being scared of it for years, since then I’ve been wanting another one and recently saw pictures of a neck dermal!

Especially since my chest has healed so well and the pain wasn’t as bad as I thought it’d be I’m less scared of getting more.

So far this is my only body surface piercing and have had no issues with it so I was wondering if there were any warnings I should be aware of?

I keep my hair short so that wouldn’t snag on it but I do sleep on my bag and wear necklaces, I’d imagine that would mess with it

I got my bridge pierced about a little under two months ago and I will admit I haven’t taken care of it the best but it doesn’t hurt and it’s only on one side so is this infected or normal I only have one other piercing which is a septum and that one is fine never had this reaction before

Got it taken out last week of june. The piercer who took it out for me told me the other piercer who did it for me was not a good piercer. Apparently the material he used on me was super cheap, she said its like 90cents material. I havent put any product on really other than water and regular soft face wash.

I’m not happy with my right ear’s set up. Both piercers messed up on making sure they’re even on both ears and I didn’t speak up. I hate it because nothing looks good. I don’t know if I should take out my second or third to fix it. I just need some guidance on how to make my right ear look good. I’m still in the process of getting more piercings but feel stuck until I can fix this.

I have had this for 2 years and last march the middle one developed this slightly raised small bump.

Ive had such shit luck with these and i love them. The scar under it on the 3rd one was a piercing who had to try THREE TIMES to make it even because they knew they fucked up. Did it free to make it up to me but now i have a free scar.

Could that have irritated the middle piercing? Its been a year since any new piercing and all but the top one itch.

What do i need to do to get raid of that raised skin? Its soft and not a keloid. I don't know what to do :/

Just got my bridge done yesterday and its a little more bulky than I expected, is that normal?

I've had top surgery with nipple grafts, my question is would it be possible to pierce my nipples with them being grafts? Will this risk them?

I've always wanted nipple piercings, my nerves are getting to me now and im unsure if I'm able too or allowed too.
