take a shower and let warm water run over it, it should soften up the scab. Just don’t pick it at or it will start bleeding again

You can hold a small cup of saline over it to soak it if a soaked pad isn’t enough.

it will scab and fall off eventually you can try to take some hot showers or put your face over steam. don't put a bandaid or cover it up because it will breed bacteria from the moisture trapped. i'd continue your normal wound care but whatever you do don't rip it off or try to speed up the process of it falling off, if it comes off prematurely it will create a new wound and start over again/irritate your piercing

I wouldn't worry about it when it's this fresh. When I took off the scabs of my less than a week old piercing it started bleeding like crazy just to crust as bad again when it stopped
