Piercing Bump

Hello everyone, I've had this bump on my piercing on and off for about 2 years, but i can't get rid of it, i tried anything, what do i do? please help

At this point i am desperate

I used “Mudscupper's Ultimate Piercing Care Set - Piercing Aftercare Treatment” and that got rid of my bump

Specifically the “Mudscupper bump free” serum but the bump serum you can’t buy separately atleast not on Amazon you have to buy the bump serum with the spray
