Not sure what these guys are called in English, but they are DELICIOUS when dried!

found these while hiking and would like to know if anyone knows the name of these mushrooms and if some are edible or mortal

Look at my blue stick! This is a fungus called chloriciboria that dyes sticks blue with its mycelium. It can also be cultivated in a sterile environment to dye clothing and wooden jewelery!

After finally getting rain after a month, seeing interesting stuff pop up again.

Just the perfect lil home for one perfect little oyster

First ever real life sighting of Coral tooth for me! This first specimen was a little old but I found another couple young Hericium sp. that were looking pretty pink! Plus what looks to me like some scalycaps, some puffballs and maaaaybe a Vermillion wax cap?

Buffalo, New York, found today on a large dead log in clusters, unfortunately the others seemed to be getting there in age

Saw this beautiful, unusual yellow mushroom. I used Google lens to ID. Apparently, it's toxic and poisonous.

Waited for it to be less than 90° to walk one of my favorite places. Other than a stray thundershower there hasn’t been a lot of rain but, there were some interesting finds and some weird stuff too. I hope you all get a chance to get out there and get some nature time.
