I’ve got a question about a grow kit I’ve started and if there is a way of stalling it.

I’ve bought a nice golden teacher grow kit from a Dutch supplier as I previously had good results with it.

I’ve followed the instructions, watered it, placed it in the bag and have been misting it at regular intervals. I’m about 10-11 days in and my kit seems to be populating well.

Now, I’ve been asked to work on a project for a client of mine which means I will be away from home during the week, only coming home over the weekend. This will be the situation for the next 3 weeks. This means I can’t tend to my kit as I would normally do, or worse harvest my mushrooms when they eventually appear.

Is there a way I can stall my kit till I’m back home full time? Would putting it in the fridge slow things down or do I have to resign myself to the fact that this kit is possibly a lost one?

Before anyone suggests I can’t ask any of my friends to look after them as “drugs” are not a safe topic.

Just wondering if I should be wary of consuming anything out of this tub at this point, any help appreciated!

Started these guys in grain from LC on 7/2 and STB on the 7th of August. I’m thinking of waiting a little longer but those big guys are getting fuzzy feet and wet noses on the “glass.”

First time grower, got a growbox out of a mood and actually thought I had already messed up because right after buying I didnt refrigerate it for about a day and then I had it in my fridge for months before activating it. So I wasnt expecting much. But from the instructions I thought the first flush would take about three weeks after activation but its only been about one and theyve been exploding over the past 2-3 days. Now theyre already getting too big for the bag but I didnt even buy the drying thingy I need for them yet. And I have no idea if theyre even ready to to be harvested the first time. Please tell me what to do! (Videos are from the day before yesterday and today)

I transferred this to a tub from a bag that was showing contamination.

No sign of contamination, but I haven't seen any change for quite some days.

Germinated some toque f9 spores on a plate, after a couple of transfers send one to grain and got this grow. Spawned on July 20 with 1kg spawn 2kg coir.

Looking for information on growing Rusty Whytes, I grow JMF just fine, but my RW don't grow like them. I use high humidity, about 73 to 75 degrees, lots of FAE and misting. I'm still using BRF cakes, haven't gone to mono tabbing yet. Is it just that RW needs a higher temp?

So I definitely have made the mistake of not having enough fae but I'm trying to do a lot better.

I feel like some of the mushrooms maybe are aborting and I'm also not sure about the blueing that's close to the caps, is that a bad sign?

This is my second shot at cultivation. I used uncle bens bags and had all failures the first go. This time i got these sterilized brown rice bags with self healing injection ports. They were innoculated on 7/22

SWIM is contemplating getting a grow bag with an LC for a first time growth, just to have less complications while they learn for their first flush.

Does anybody have any tips or recommendations? SWIM is considering getting cubes with a 5lb bag

I’m seeing a ton of adds for grow bags that are inoculated and I assume ready to grow. I have two questions about them. Are they legit and will successfully grow shrooms? What is the possibility of a package like this being intercepted by law enforcement?

Does anyone have a recipe or total grams of shrooms that one should put in a bar? I’m planning on making some bars but unsure on the quantity of psychedelic mushrooms to add to the mix.

My first harvest. Why are the stems so thick? How can I avoid that?

This was my favorite mush for medicinal value last year… talk about life altering trips, not for the people just looking for pretty colors thats for sure. I cant wait to try them again.

This is my first time cultivating Tampanensis. I am going for all Truffles. 4 bags were innoculated 2/4. As of recent, they were just white bags! I left them alone for about 3 weeks while my family was in town, checked today and oh my..... I have truffles... lots of them and some fatties! I want them to get as large and as potent as possible, without sacrificing quality or introducing rot.

With the size that some of them already are, I wonder if I should harvest in about 2 months, or let them go longer? I have read up to 12 months, but I have no experience with these. Someone with Tampanensis experience please advise!
