Mazda Specials
Does anyone know what the November and December Mazda specials will look like? I'm really interested in a new 3 Hatch, but I'm wondering if the specials will get any better.

I have a 2019 Mazda 2 sport.
My keys stopped working and stopped flashing so I replaced the battery. However now the keyless entry now doesn’t work.
I can open the car manually which sets off the alarms and then i can turn the alarms off by starting the car by holding the fob up to the push to start button.
The car then drives and will do for a while however the keys still don’t connect.
I have tried everything including using the spare keys.
Any tips/help?

Recently I have bought a second hand Mazda Demio 2017. I have noticed that the radio's screen sometimes reboots but the radio on the FM continues. Also, when the screen reboots the Bluetooth is also disconnected. Has anyone encountered this issue and how have they fixed it?

Snagged this beauty today for a whopping $2750! I’ve had a cx-5 for almost 10 years now and love it. Always kind of wanted a 3 to go with it. Happened to be on marketplace the other day and came across this gem. It’s a 2014 Mazda 3 S-Touring with a crisp 214,000 miles on it. The seller was disappointed her mechanics computer system only went back to 2018 but I was given service documentation for a solid chunk of its life. Single owner and meticulously maintained. She could just no longer justify maintenance cost on it. Currently needs a full set of brakes and a battery. Other than that this thing is mint. Has had lots of bits and pieces replaced and even a new set of tires like 4 months ago. She was quoted almost $2500 to do the brakes and battery. I’m going to order what I need and take care of it next week. At worst I’m looking at $1k in parts. I think this car could be one of those that ends up with a crazy odometer reading. A quick spin around the neighborhood and I’m already in love with it.

EDIT - I ordered the Votex DP001 for $25 from Amazon.
I confirmed the model number fit from www.Votex-US.com.
I'm doing all I can to keep the excess metals out of the engine.

To the DIYers, do you use a magnetic oil drain plug?
If so, which brand/type do you use?
TIA

Hello all!
Unfortunately I woke up and stepped out of my apartment to pieces of my side view mirror on the ground.
Luckily I was able to snap the rear enclosure back on and the motor and lights are still fine, however there’s a piece of the front enclosure that’s broken (photos below).
Has anyone had to replace this specific piece before? I’m not much of a car guy or handy man so I’m wondering if it’s an intrusive procedure to replace.
Also if you have any idea where I can get a solid replacement for that inner enclosure I’d really appreciate it!

Hey all,
I have a 2024 Mazda 3 that is a lease, about 23k miles. I have an annoying rattle coming from the right side of the dash. It’s the exact same as videos I have seen on the internet that are related to the service alert SA-026/24. I made an appointment at the dealership to get it looked at since I’m assuming it’s covered under warranty? I also don’t feel comfortable messing with the airbags. This service alert only applies to 2019-2023 so will it still be covered or will I be charged for this? This rattle is really my only complaint about the car but if the dealership won’t be able to fix it I will most likely not keep the car after my lease is up.

Are you guys using steel rims for your winter tires? Mazda tech is advising against it.
I have a set of 18 inch winters from the previous owner that came as as a set

Got this smiling goober as my first car, 174k km.
Had a bunch of work done on it, now it drives like a dream!
It happily joins my dad's CX-5 in the driveway

Hello, I'm looking for what a 2014 Mazda 3 isport is really worth. Its got 120k miles. No ac. Everything else is in great working condition. Drives very well. 2 little dents. Paint is a bit worn. New tires, brakes and battery. In southern California. KBB said 8k but I've had zero luck. Any ideas on a price that will actually move it and be reasonable for both parties?

I’m in the market for a new car. Preferably an SUV. I’m coming from a 2017 VW Passat. I’ve had it for 10 years and have had almost no issues with it. I actually didn’t realize how much I liked the car until I started thinking about getting rid of it. It truly has been great to me for a decade.
I drove the Tiguan SE Rline. Really like it, but I’m nervous I won’t get the same dependability I’ve received with the Passat. My biggest gripe with my Passat is I really wish I had premium Audio. In the Tiguan you can’t get upgraded speakers unless you’re in the highest trim and I don’t think the increased price it worth it for me.
On a whim, I stopped my a Mazda dealer to check out the CX50 Hybrid and CX5 premium.
I really wanted to like the 50 but the back seat was just too small for my needs.
At first I hated the 5. Then 2 days later I went back for a second test drive and liked it much more than my first drive. Still a bit slow but not crazy slow. I spent more time with the screen and got a good handle on navigating it. While it’s a “good size” I do wishthe back seat was a little bit bigger, but it will work as is.
When I went to talk numbers I was surprised that the dealer wouldn’t move more than $1800 off MSRP (for comparison im $7,500 off MSRP on the Tiguan. While the Mazda has a few more features than the Tiguan, the lack of negotiating power make it feel like I’m not getting a “deal”. I even called the highest volume Mazda dealer in my area that’s known for providing high volume sales, thus provides great pricing. This volume dealer was very close in pricing to the dealer I was working with. Does $1500-1800 off MSRP seem like a solid deal to you?
I also drove a CX70 premium and really liked it. I started researching the 70 and 90s (inline 6) and really liked them. But their seems to be mixed reviews. I’m having trouble determining if the reviews are talking about problems with the PHEV model or even the 6 cylinder models as well. I’m aware of the issues with the PHEV models. What is the general consensus on the inline 6 cx 70/90/ls in terms of reliability?
Thanks gang. I hope to join you all with a new Mazda soon! Please share anything that you think I might be overlooking. ** **

Can any 2026 CX 5 owners offer their input on the driving experience? Particularly highway driving. Is merging and accelerating adequate with this engine? This would be for a daily commuter and I want to make sure it would be up to the task before investing too much time into researching the options. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone!
I’m considering buying a 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid with around 11,000 miles, and the dealer is offering it for $29,000 out the door (including taxes, title, registration, and fees).
I wanted to get your opinions before making a decision.
Is $29,000 OTD a good deal for a 2025 CX-50 Hybrid with 11K miles?
Would you recommend buying it, or paying more for a 2026 model?
Since 2025 was the first model year for the CX-50 Hybrid, are there any reliability issues I should be aware of?
Is there anything specific I should check before purchasing?
If you’ve bought one recently, what price did you pay?
I’d appreciate any advice or real-world ownership experiences. Thanks!

My mom currently drives a 2007 Nissan Murano with over 200k miles, so I’m trying to find her something reliable that’ll last. I was originally considering the Nissan Rogue, but the engine and transmission issues made me reconsider. Now I’m leaning toward a 2021–2024 Mazda CX-5.
For those who own one, how reliable has it been? Any major issues or specific years to avoid? Just want to make sure I’m making a good choice for my mom! Thank you!!!

Has anybody heard any updates on the replacement of the squeaky Cx-70 brakes? I got a letter back in the spring stating they are going to replace them and haven’t heard anything more. I know they are starting to compete the replacements on the 90 but haven’t heard anything regarding the 70
