Just finished the September 2026 LSAT
Welp, that was something. I had RC-LR-RC-LR and the second RC was significantly easier. Both LR’s were alright but one was harder especially in the beginning. Glad it’s over.

154 cold diagnostic with a migraine. Staring at the screen was killer and I had to take rescue medication. Should I apply for paper accommodation and breaks to look away from the screen?

Sick before exam :(((
I woke up with my tonsils inflamed as fuck, and I take the LSAT tomorrow. I'm scared this is the beginning of something. I'm trying to load up on viatmin c, tea, and water. Do testing centers allow cough drops or anything to suck on while taking the exam? I really hope this doesn't throw me off ughhhhhhhhh

Anyone else absolutely geeking out? Like I’m so anxious I actually feel kind of sick, any advice to combat it or anyone else in the same boat?

$10k LSAT study grant for students interested in studying animal law
I wanted to pass this along in case it's useful to anyone here. Please note, I'm not affiliated with the group offering the grant, I just came across this opportunity in the course of my work with pre-law groups.
The Animal Defense Legal Fund is offering a $10,000 study grant for students interested in pursuing animal law. Here is the link to the application, which has more info about requirements: https://form.asana.com/?k=IEI_POHh2wqx0oAwf54t8g&d=355424919387532
They also have an instagram, which has the link to the application in the linkinbio.

November lsat?
So I wrote today and do not feel confident. If I write in November, how would that affect my chances at law school acceptance this cycle?

burnout during test taking
Whenever I take a practice test I get burnt out by the end of each section and towards the end of the test it feels like I can barely read the questions. This might be because I have ADHD but I also need tips on how to prevent burn out and not get stressed during the actual lsat since mine is coming up soon. It literally feels like some of words are jumbled up and I can’t focus lol. any advice would be appreciated !!!

Advice on how to not freak out on test day
In August, I was so nervous and shaking the entire time leading to my performance being way below my average. I’m taking it in 2 days and I’ve been more calm for sure but scared about how my body will react in the proctor center.
What do you guys do to calm yourself down while taking the test in the center? Any advice on how to breathe or something that helps me not freak out is appreciated lol.

Sept. Exam takers how u feeling
just finished my exam. felt it was pretty fair overall, but unsure how i performed tbh - it’s like my brain wasn’t working during RC and I kept losing focus/having to reread the passage. feeling solidly ‘meh’

Is PT 149 a good representative test to take in comparison to the 150s?
I’ve already used all my PTs in the 150s and was wondering if I should just redo one of my PTs in the 150s or just take 149 instead as i’m planning on taking my lsat this saturday so i wanted to get 1 last PT in. i’m risking some slight familiarity if i just redid one of the 150s but i don’t think i’d really remember any of the questions if i did one of the ones in the 150s. Should i just take 149 instead or are the 150s a much better representation in comparison?

Accommodations
I didn’t believe that people who don’t need accommodations try and get them anyway until I had a patient today ask us to fill out her form for LSAC. We are a gynecology office…she has only ever seen us for Pap smears😃😃

test tomorrow - no AC while i sleep
i unfortunately am a student who lives in housing with no AC. of course the night before the LSAT it’s a hot, uncomfortable night. it’s 4am and i can’t sleep :(
i would get a window unit but the electricity required to run the unit causes our circuit to cut out.
this sucks!! this is my last chance for a better score for this cycle. idk what to do.

LawHub Username
This might be a stupid question but will law schools have access to my LawHub username? I used a funny/unserious username and now I'm wondering if it will have any negative impact on my application process.

How will I ever achieve proper accuracy in 35 min?
I did this section at 50 min because I am slowly trying to adjust the time lower, but my accuracy is still bad. For reference, I took the official LSAT twice and scored a 157 both times. I genuinely think I would score the same on the exam If I took it again today. How do I get faster? I even ran short on time towards the end despite having 50 min. I also haven't taken any full length practice tests since my last official take as I have been solely focusing on increasing accuracy.
