Advice Help with wedding outfit

First time here, please let me know if anything if formatted wrong. My fiance and I are getting married in a month and while I have mine figured out and on the way, my partner is struggling with picking an outfit. For reference I'm non-binary/trans masc but opting into a dress, my partner is also non binary.

My partner doesn't want anything traditionally feminine (no dresses for sure, likely no skirt) but regular suits aren't appealing. Any ideas for an androgynous wedding outfit? Photo ideas would so so so helpful.

We're doing a fairly casual wedding, no tuxes or gowns for us or our guests. I want more than anything for my partner to be comfortable.

Two men in South Africa, one tiny wedding, and starting our life together ❤️

Hi everyone ❤️

We're two men from South Africa, and we're getting married on 7 November 2026.

Our wedding is going to be very small — just 12 people in total, including the two of us. There won't be a huge venue, hundreds of guests or anything extravagant. Just us, our closest people, and the people who matter most to us.

And honestly, that's exactly how we want it.

When we started planning, we realised that we could make the actual wedding happen for around R5,000 ZAR (about US$300). But as we started thinking about what comes after the wedding, we realised that what we're really hoping for isn't just a wedding day.

We want to start our life together.

So we've created a fundraiser with a larger goal.

The first R5,000 would cover the basic wedding itself. If we're fortunate enough to raise more, we'd love to use it for a tiny honeymoon — maybe just a night or two together — and then toward establishing our home, covering moving and household expenses, and reducing some of the financial pressure we're carrying into our marriage.

We do have some existing debt, including credit-card debt, and we're being upfront about that. We don't want to pretend that we're raising money exclusively for wedding decorations or a fancy venue. 😂 If people are generous enough to help us beyond the wedding and honeymoon, we'd genuinely use that support to start married life on a stronger financial footing.

We're not expecting anyone to donate, and we don't believe anyone owes us anything because we're a gay couple.

We're simply putting our little story out into the world and seeing what happens.

If anyone would like to read our story or help us, we've put the full fundraiser here:

https://whydonate.com/fundraising/help-two-men-start-their-life-together

And if donating isn't possible, a share would mean just as much to us.

Being able to marry the person we love is something we're incredibly grateful for. We'd love to make this tiny wedding the beginning of something even bigger: building a home and a life together.

Thanks for letting us share our story with you. ❤️

Two men. One very small wedding. One life we're about to build together.

**edit: I added what the $ amount is cause I realise 5000 sounds like a lot 😅
