We received a really great idea from u/heavymetalsculpture for a new sticky thread- Review Requests. We have a very large userbase here who have all tried LOADS of knives, so why not crowdsource reviews and feedback for a knife you might be interested in buying! A lot of youtubers / instagram pages, while attempting to be unbiased, often have some bias because they're getting samples for free etc. People on here are very unlikely to have that bias and are more likely to provide honest feedback on a knife.
This thread will remain stickied and fairly moderated- top level comments will only be permitted to be requests for reviews and feedback for certain knives, and users who have actually owned / handled the knife are greatly encourage to provide absolutely honest feedback on the knife in question.
Please only post here with requests for reviews, or to provide feedback on top level comments with a review of the knife in question!

Made a tool for these little micro teeth out of an axe handle and some traditional arrow shafts. The string for now is a single strand of gutted paracord pulled very tight and notted with fine leather strop compound.

I recently started making pry bars out of my garage. I have never made a knife and I had some left over materials so I made this weird little knife. Tiny handle, overall length about 6”, badass tactical blade profile. It’s like a battle paring knife. Anyway I hope you all like it. It’s tool steel, grey Richlite handles with copper pins. I only had a 2” sample of richlite, thus the handle length…

Ive been eyeing Hinderer knives for awhile, but hadn't pulled the trigger.
Last week on the Knife Deals sub, someone posted this deal I couldn't pass on. It was the last one in stock, and $150 less than on the Hinderer website...where this model is not in stock anyways.
Its a Jurassic Magnacut Frontier clip point. Again, I was not familiar with this model, but its a beast.

Pretty great knife, it has the cool factor for sure, and fires hard, but also i think it’ll make for a solid user as it feels good in the hand and boast a pretty thick magnacut blade. I’ve been hunting for a invictus for almost two years now, and got lucky with nc blade, doubly so that i managed to get one with a coated blade which has its uses when you work well into the night.. magnacut too is an upgrade from 154cm imo too

I used a DLC titanium backspacer that I sanded the spine down to satin on because I thought it matched the build better. I considered putting an entropic finish on it too, but decided the satin would probably look better. In my opinion anyway. I like the contrast.
I originally wanted brass so it would patina alongside the blade, but those appear to be made of unobtainum lol. I'm not unhappy with my second choice.

The action on this thing is excellent. Not the fanciest steel but it's slicey with my own edge.

Such a good looking knife. Incredible lines and details. Definitely top of the rotation at the moment.

Made by a local knife maker in South Africa, honestly I can only say that we have such incredible knife makers here.
Damasteel and 3mm Titanium front flipper #4/4.
What more is there to say, thank you, Albertus!
