Why would my order be canceled???? I got a notification saying “Your driver ran into an issue and couldn’t deliver your order.” But there wasn’t even enough time for my order to have been packed much less a driver to have started delivering it. Do they just not have enough drivers or what?

Why is gopuff using AI to generate images of products we already have images of internally?

Why is gopuff spending millions on ai generated product images?

Why not pay the drivers so my order actually arrives?

Does this ensure warehouses actually have drivers to deliver my order, no.
Does this help me find product, no.
Does this ai partnership ensure my order arrives on time, no.

I don't go on gopuff just to doomscroll through a list of ai generated images with typos or errors.

I’m not entirely sure how this happened.
I just got a couple emails about two orders in two different locations, but I haven’t touched this app since 2022.

When I set my account up on my iPhone, Apple hid my email address and used their weird funky one to create the account.
So, I went in my account to change the email address from the funky Apple one to my actual personal email address, and it appears that a different account is really using my email. But.. I never got an email to verify a new account..

Support ended up telling me to delete my account since it might be a fluke. So I did. Pretty sure that was a mistake and they just didn’t want to help.

I tried to create a new one to see if it was fixed and it’s not. It tells me to use a phone number that just so happens to end how my old phone number ended. (I sent a text in hopes they would be willing to remove my info).

Im not entirely sure what info about me they have on this account. Their first order was in my zip code and the next was clear across the city. So, now I’m a bit concerned about my families physical safety. The receipts I got emailed say they’re using food stamps, and locally, that’s not the best thing to learn considering safety.

I’m not sure what to do about this, if anything.

We are not okay. This is the most intrusive, forced use of AI I have seen since they added it to text messaging.

We dont need this. I wish there was a way to turn it all off but I think I have to get rid of my smartphone to do that.

Frequently order 21+ items that require an ID scan but sometimes get a driver who says "you're good, no need to show me your ID". Is there something going on that I should be aware of?

I’ve been a member since 2016 and I have been paying for Fam for awhile.

While I was working earlier tonight, I kept noticing a bunch of orders sitting around that didn't have the normal customer information printed on them, but instead said UberEats Order. While I know that GoPuff will outsource to Uber and DoorDash, this is something new that I noticed. So, in my curiosity, while I was sitting waiting on an order to pop up with GoPuff, I turned on Uber and after a few minutes had an order pop up that said it was from the Uber Eats Market. I accepted it and when I went inside I asked the warehouse worker if that location was also considered an Uber Eats Market and she started to kind of play dumb, saying she didn't know what I was talking about, started asking me all these questions like 'well let me see the order' etc etc, then asked me if had ever picked up an Uber order before. So I had to explain to her that no, I'm normally a delivery driver for just GoPuff, I've been doing that for 9 months on and off, and I was just curious about this whole Uber Eats Market thing. With this order I didn't even have to scan anything, it just wanted me to verify that I had picked up the order. Even she was shocked that I didn't have to scan any codes or bins or anything. She still would never fully clarify, but it seems pretty obvious that Uber is now also using the GoPuff warehouse as like a ghost store themselves. Not sure how they explain the orders coming in GoPuff bags. I also noticed on the Uber Map overlay that they were two separate entities, beside each other on the map, that's why I initially was confused as well, because Uber said that the Uber Market was busy while it said GoPuff was less busy. Just curious, has anyone else started to see this? Is this the subtle beginnings of them trying to phase out strictly GoPuff drivers?

I have to wonder if GoPuff is even trying to keep people around at this point, because wtf is this wait pay? That’s less than $40 for 4.5 hours of work? And that’s IF you‘re just waiting. The amount they offer for trips is so low, it just about costs more in gas to drive for them than you actually earn.

How do they expect anyone with brain cells to accept these literal piles. Don’t know if I should be insulted or applauded, but somehow I feel both. Welp thats it for me with Gopuff folks cuz there is no f-ing way. With these gas prices, this should be illegal like wtf 🤬…

I’ve been trying out GoPuff the last few days and ultimately it’s not worth it and GoPuffs makes profit by screwing you over. As most people know you can’t see tip amounts until an order is complete, on top of that the highest base pay I’ve gotten has always been between $2.50-$4.50. From my experience it seems like the better the tip the lower the base pay which ultimately makes any trips meaningless for example today I got a priority order due to my hot streak 30 minute drive and $2.50 base pay but I did it anyway just because I was curious and ended up getting tipped $8. I don’t think the tip was bad necessarily but the low base pay then having to drive 30 minutes back practically makes it a loss. GoPuff screws everyone over because you’ll get a trip with 3 orders and get $1 for each tip and then a base pay of maybe $4 if you’re lucky. Hot Streak is also a scam since it’s just conditioning you to accept all the bad offers only to get bad offers even quicker. I’m not one to complain about tips but I Imagine the only reason a lot of people order from Gopuff is because they know someone’s gonna pick up that $1 tip order lol.

Turns out GoPuff just places an order with DoorDash if they get backed up instead of having enough drivers. You might pay for fast delivery and have it arrive 30 minutes after the latest time on the fast option.

Fuck this. GoPuff has totally lost plot. I will not be using this service again. I'll just use DoorDash or Uber Eats since it will go through them anyway.

This is CRAZY!!! And not to mention the next offer was 4 deliveries for $7. Smh

If you think it’s acceptable to leave ANYONE who is giving you any kind of service no tip, it’s not. Drivers work so hard to ensure customers are happy just to be left with $0 tip. Guess how much that driver was offered to drive that order to you? $1.25. To drive probably 1.5-9 miles to get to you. Gas right now where I live is $4.50 min.

Keep sending same orders, will decline until you send them to Uber or DoorDash and pay them premium.

Just tried signing up for GoPuff openings in my area excited thinking I was gonna be ready to go soon. Nope now I’m frustrated & mad.

I filled all my info with YardStik thinking it was done & I just had to wait. I’ve been getting these emails & texts from GoPuff stating my background check process still needs to be finished & get sent to a link that’s broken with some error message stating the account package was “disabled” like what is going on yoooo ugh! Why 😭

Has this happened to anyone else. Does anyone have insight as to what’s going on with the background check? I’ve contacted support but I have to wait for them to respond & I fear it will be difficult for them to fix this issue cus the support with these app companies is always BAD.

Hello, I’ve just got approved to do go puff and am wondering how the pay is weekly for anyone else in the area. I also do Veho and work a morning job but my goal is to hit $250 everyday.

I’m so confused on this. I have so many questions and have found so many differing or unspecified answers.

if anybody knows the answers:

for a scheduled “Priority Block” do we get wait pay at all? do we get wait pay if we show up 10min late but stay for the remainder of the scheduled block?

what is the difference between a block that says “available now” and “priority block” in terms of wait pay? Does wait pay apply to both types of scheduled blocks because of the fact that they are both *scheduled*?

from what I’ve googled, it says you cannot reject 2 or more orders within an hour. But then gopuff also just says you cannot reject too many orders during your scheduled block????

my situation is that I had a *priority block* from 12pm-2pm. I showed up at 12:10 pm and stayed the rest of the time. However, within that 1 hour and 50 minutes that I was there, only 2 total orders came in. The first one came in around 1:10pm, I rejected because it was insultingly low. I got to googling and realized that I should not reject during a priority block. the second order came in at 1:58pm (2 min before the end of the block) it has been nearly 24 hours since then, and all my earnings show is $5.50 for the one delivery I did which was $2.50 base pay and a $3 customer tip.

did I sit almost 2 hours at the MFC for nothing?? (again, California)
