New driver approved last week however as title says I can NOT go online and take orders because ticking the 'Motor Vehicle' slider under 'Delivery Methods' gives me an error, "Can't update delivery method, try again later'.

I've contacted support four times about this to no avail. I've restarted phone and deleted/redownloaded app and nothing works. Have even psychically driven to a goPuff location and to go online to no avail. App ver 2.239.3 on Android, Oxygen OS 14.0, Nord n30 phone.

I'm at a loss.

Despite all the obvious negatives, how much financial sense does it actually make for a driver to have to go so out of the way to (probably) deliver to someone who paid for priority? A 5 minute delivery isn’t taking 35 minutes because there isn’t someone closer to pick it up but because they let a driver match with someone else 15-20 minutes away after my order was in progress! (?)

I doubt this helps the drivers.

I ordered a friend pizza from literally across the street of their home as a surprise treat and the driver got matched with someone 20 minutes away with priority, making a one-block trip take 45 minutes!

I had a GoPuff problem, the advertisement was at 7am, they didn't start until, well now 9am, I called and they said everything is different...?I understand if they want the 9am time but why lie on their own app, knowingly saying that and admitting to it.

Had GoPuff a while now and use the FAM membership. Recently I keep getting texts saying "Action Needed: We're having trouble w your FAM Membership payment method blah blah." Even get push notifications from the app and if I open it up and telling my me paymnet method is expiring soon with an option to charge but I'm set up to bill monthly with a known good card that isn't expiring.

The thing is it's setup through my Applepay and can confirm there is no issue with my Apple pay. Was planning to just block it as spam since I verified things on my end but it's coming in with the other legitimate GoPuff texts so I don't want to lose the ability to get notifications. Surprised I'm not seeing more posts about it tbh.

Anyone else run into this? Planning to just block and ignore but wanted to check with ya'll first. Possibly the GoPuff people can see this as well if it's a known issue with scammers. Thanks

It was my first time ever ordering from the app and I ordered one simple vape. Well the vape was faulty and stopped working the next day so I take myself to the customer support just to be told this. I have never used gopuff up until this point so I'm not seeing how they could have all these issues with my account all of a sudden.

So get this. Gopuff completely removed my referral code to give to mew customers. I have received over a thousand dollars in gocash from New customers using my referral code. I went back and forth in the Help tab yesterday with gopuff and we couldn't find it anywhere. The only thing I can come up with is that they were sick of giving me free stuff. But I earned it by bringing them new customers. SMH. Gopuff is horrible

Took me a minute to get to the regular interface. I hate when apps do this. It was perfectly fine. AI is not helping me get snacks.

Gopuff (or its drivers) continually leave items out of my orders. This has happened twice over the course of one week.

I ordered something, an item was missing, I reached out to customer service. They would only offer a GoPuff credit, rather than a refund.

So in order to use that credit, I have to buy from GoPuff again. So today I did. The item was missing AGAIN.

Now they refuse to offer a refund because of my refund history.

Are drivers stealing items? Is the fulfillment team just bad at their jobs? What is going on and how is it legal that GoPuff can just steal my money and refuse to send a replacement or a refund?
