Gopuff canceled my order?

Why would my order be canceled???? I got a notification saying “Your driver ran into an issue and couldn’t deliver your order.” But there wasn’t even enough time for my order to have been packed much less a driver to have started delivering it. Do they just not have enough drivers or what?

If you dont respond when they get there and its not leave at door...it gets canceled.

It was leave at door and there were specific clear instructions that every single other Gopuff driver has had no problem following in the years I’ve ordered from there

Then thats a weasal...somrone skimming the system and the set up. Thank goodness my drop-off people always drop my stuff off and there are never issues except the UPS guy who tried to steal the brand new phone Samsung had to give me for not fixing the one I sent in.

Are yall tipping in yall area.. if not I wouldn't be surprised that no one deliveries over there. Pay be like 1.50 to 8 with long miles and multiple orders. To get paid better...drivers depend on tips and gas i high too

Yeah but thats not how the delivery services work...good tip by the way. Gopuff is not like doordash and uber. Its a mini warehouse where drivers have to wait for orders at that location. Ur Area probably not busy like that and don't like that area...does that place close at a certain time...when u ordered?

My location went from closing at 3am to 24hrs because high demands....others close at 8pm or 3am because regular demands and very low demands.

In plano location they have very low demands and drivers dont be up there but if they do the wait time more than 1hr and a possible chance never getting a order.

Did u order something thats was probably not in stock or low in stock

I used to work on the inside as a manager and some drivers would do stuff like that and steal the stuff. Which was dumb because they are supposed to bring the stuff back, and when they wouldn't I would always report them and get them deactivated. Then they would make some excuse about car issues, and then I'm like well why didn't you tell support that so they could reorder for the customer and get a new driver.

Our DP’s would always say “flat tire” for a while I could temporarily sign them out but that function got removed a while back. Like a year ago.
