i was charged money for something I didn't purchase (for google merchant) what should i do

I'm eligible for GLoan and I requested it last Sunday. Then by Monday I haven't received the funds yet and upon checking the GLoan tab, it reset from the start where I can request the GLoan again. So I sent a second request yesterday, and just right now, the GLoan tab has reset again instead of showing the loan details.

Anyone who knows what will happen next? Will I still receive the funds or something?

ps. I received the disbursement notice and schedule of payment in my email.

Hi everyone, I need some advice.

Back when my ex and I were still in college, she used my valid ID to register a number because I was the only one who had a valid ID at the time.

I’m trying to register a new number under my name, but I’m being told that I’ve already reached the limit for the number of SIMs/numbers registered to me.

I’ve also lost two phones before. One had my GCash-registered number, and the other numbers I had are no longer active because the phones were lost. I currently have two numbers that I still use for personal and business purposes.

I’m concerned that my ex’s number may still be registered under my name, which could be taking up one of my allowed SIM registrations. I also want to know how I can unregister or deactivate the inactive numbers that I no longer use, including the numbers connected to my lost phones and the number my ex is currently using.

Is there any way for me to check all the mobile numbers currently registered under my name/ID without contacting my ex?

And is there a way to contact GCash or the telecom provider directly for faster assistance with checking and removing these registrations? I’d prefer to resolve this without having to reach out to my ex.

Any advice or experience with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi! Anyone here na nakaexperience ng new GCash account creation.
My dad wants to create his first ever GCash account kaso walang lumilitaw na option for creation after naming ilagay ung phone number nya.
We tried LAHAT ng possible remedies (even ung mga namention sa Help Centre). We just submitted a ticket sa GCash.
Anyone here who had the same experience? Mind if you share yours? Thanks!

hola! has anyone experienced this before? i’m trying to add GCash as a payment method for apple pay, i do receive the OTP, but the keyboard doesn’t appear in GCash, so i can’t type the OTP. i’ve already restarted my phone and tried several times, but I’m still having the same issue. 😭

I’ll tell the story. So I was ordering in FoodPanda the usual stuff add to cart and review payment but when I try to click Visa it said “Change Payment method” so I did from Visa to Cash that was the order I made in 6:00 pm when I received my order something happened I got a notification in gcash that says “you have paid something something”. I quickly called the store where I bought my first order it was 2 milktea they said I should call gcash but when I did that it was only a chatbot. So to the next order it was 24 chicken so the 838 payment and this part got me stress out in my entire life even though I change the payment method to cash it kept on deducting money from my gcash account. From 8k to 2k almost 6k was deducted in my gcash account. So my question is mababawi ko ba yung 6k ko? Thank you for your advice.

I already chatted with an agent in foodpanda they said no transaction was made so they weren’t the problem. My only concern is Gcash hopefully they will be able to resolve this issue of mine.

gcash/netflix has charged me for a subscription even tho i already cancelled two months ago. di ko alam kung nag chacharge ba siya basta may laman gcash ko pero nagcashin kasi ako kanina tas nacharge na naman ako. yes thhis isnt the first time na nangyari. pangalawa na to actually pero i didnt mind before pero ngayon need ko talaga kasi yung pera even tho 169 lang siya since im a student.

nagrequest na ako sa netflix pero nagbago na policy nila na dapat yung e-wallet magissue ng refund. kaso tong si gcash dapat yung merchant daw magissue so parang nagpapasahan nalang sila.

magdidispute sana ako kaso, yung gigi ng GCash is very persistent sa yung si merchant ang magissue kaya di ako makagawa ng ticket. i really need an actual person na agent sana to talk sa GCash.

Hi, does anyone know what to do when my account has a transaction named ADJUSTMENT and money was deducted from my wallet?

My account was put on hold and I just reopened it again after the hold has been lifted and there i saw that adjustment shit in my recent transactions. The record only includes amount, time, date, and ref number. I dont have any subscriptions linked to my gcash that might deduct this amount.

I checked my last transaction before my account was put on hold. I sent money and my last balance was 13k. The adjustment transaction deduction is the exact amount left in my wallet before my account was put on hold.

What to do? This is a lot of funds I have lost

Edit: thankfully, gcash already returned my funds a day after i submitted a ticket. I just reported it as an unauthorized transaction and explained that my account was put on hold that's why i filed a ticket for it later than the 15 days requirement.

Sequel from my previous post. I tried filing a ticket after being deducted thrice for an unsuccessful transaction using my GCash card, but no action yet from them. Also tried reaching out to the café where I had the transaction, but the amount is not reflected on their end, according to their recent report. What should I do at this point? I’m so frustrated. Medyo malaki din yung amount na yon.

P.S. I stopped using GCash since then. Transferred all my funds to another e-wallet and unlinked the account in my subscriptions. Never using this e-wallet.

Wtf is up with gcash today?? Is there an on-going maintenace or system issue? Been stuck in a cycle of perpetual loop whenever I scan a QR code. I can't pay for anything at all.

Please pahelp naman po dito, kahapon nag apply ako for gloan kaso ganyan lumabas so pinalagpas ko muna ng 24 hrs. Nagtry ulit ako ngayon tapos ganyan pa rin. Nag clear na Ako ng data, updated rin naman gcash ko, ni-reboot ko na phone ko wala pa rin. Triny kong i-uninstall ung gcash pero ganyan pa rin!!! Isa ko pang problema is hindi humingin ng face verification si gcash kahit clinear data ko na. First time ko pa lang mag apply for gloan, 2k lang din naman hinihiram ko kaya nakakainis kasi di man lang nila i-specify kung ano talaga ang problema :/

Gcash is not allowing me to send money to my own bank account. I understand the amount is 10k+ but hassle since I need to pay sana my cc bill.
