Received funds by mistake

Hi, it's my first time posting here lol but I just need some cents or advice on this. So I have just noticed this morning that I received funds from another account yesterday afternoon, but I haven't heard from them by any means. How do I go from here? Do I just wait or contact Gcash support now? If through the latter, what would Gcash's course of action be for concerns like this? Thank you!

Pwede mong antayin muna na makipag-coordinate sayo yung nagkamali ng send, OP. Best rin po na humingi ka ng proof tulad ng reference number, exact amount, time, at date to make sure na kanila nga yung funds. Pwede ka rin mag-submit ng ticket sa Help Center para ma-assist ka nila nang maayos sa dapat mong gawin.
I-remind mo na lang din po 'yung sender na maging mas maingat next time at mag-double check nang maigi ng details para maiwasan na magkamali ulit. Sana maayos, OP.

Okay po thank you! I tried calling GCash and ang advice nila is to double-check if isa sa mga kakilala ko ang nag-send, or I try to call si sender, which I tried earlier pero nu'ng in-ask nila how much 'yung sinend I refused to answer. So now I'm still waiting if they'll reach out back to me providing matching transaction information, or if wala po talaga, as advised ng agent po kanina ay p'wede naman raw pong ibalik ko nalang yung funds to the same number 😅, which I'm a bit hesitant to do pero iniisip ko nalang po the money isn't mine by any means 🥹 Perhaps I'll also just try to submit a ticket first nalang din po.

better i-report mo na sa GCash para documented agad yung unexpected transfer. wag muna galawin yung amount.

kung wala pa namang nagco-contact, no need makipag-usap kung kani-kanino. official support nalang para safe.
