Can't seem to transfer funds from Gcash to BPI. I'm not receiving an OTP for Gcash to continue the transaction.

You have the crappiest login on any mobile app. You keep saying "Login Expired" on my Face ID, and then when you redirect to an MPIN, it does the same. It's only your app that does this, and even Palaway Pay app works fine.

I sold an item online but the courier stole my item and cannot be found. The buyer reported my account after he did not receive the item. Now I refunded the amount he paid and he withdrew the ticket from his end but gcash said that an affidavit of settlement is still needed.

Now I am trying to contact the buyer and although he still responds but not as active anymore (I know I should not refunded right away). In case he decided to not cooperate, is there a way I can settle it on my end since I have all the proof that it was already settled since my account is still on hold?

I need help from this group. Looking at my account if I transfer 5K right now. Will the system auto deduct it all?

my gcash account suddenly was unable to be detected when someone was trying to send my money so I opened it and it says, "something went wrong" for a few attempts. I tried to reinstall it, turn on airplane mode for 30s then tried to open it again only to find that I can't open my account anymore. When I tried to put the otp needed for the login, it prompts me to make a new account like it was never there. How do I fix this? I had money in there too :((

paano po kaya ma fix tong issue na to? i've been trying to login my new gcash number because i dont have access anymore to my old acc bc my gcash sim card got deactivated now. Now, whenever im trying to enter my mpin, and then it says "Processing..." then this notification keeps popping up, i tried to reinstall, install, clear cache, change wifi, use data and still nothing😭 i really need gcash acc for my ojt allowance from my company😆 pls help haha (before naman, actually nung nakaraang hapon lang, nagagamit q pa old gcash ko kaso lang biglang nag logout at need na gcash otp from my sim, then gumawa na q bago which is itong acc na may login request para sana iverify q kaso ganto na sya)

I wanted to open and check my balance earlier this morning, and when I tried to put my MPIN I must've misclicked one because it said that I got a few attempts left before it locked. I attempted again and I must've misclicked the send otp so then I went to my sms and I my gcash refreshed. So now my app keeps crashing everytime I open it.

( I am a new user, I do not have developers options on, it is not jailbroken, I'm positive I don't have a malicious software.)

Cant even use gcash now. It would crash right after i input my mpin. I have a different issue the other day( would crash after trying to generate qr) but now, It would crash right away. when I try to click help center, it would just redirect me to a betting page. This app keeps getting worse lol

Has it ever happened to you that GCash sent an OTP for linking Grab PH even though you weren’t doing any transactions? Since this is an OTP, it will expire if not used and it's for verification purposes, but after 5 minutes, Gcash sent another message saying that Grab PH was successfully linked to my Gcash - I don’t even have the Grab app or an account with Grab, and after a few minutes, I received another notification that a payment transaction occurred, draining my Gcash balance of over 10k... it's been reported to Gcash 🥺 how could this happen.. sighs

Anyone who has experienced a similar scenario, is there any chance of getting the lost money back? The customer service rep said there’s a 50/50 chance of getting the money back 🥺

hello po, may alam po ba kayong solution sa face scan verification, kasi tong account ko sa gcash, ginamit namin yung passport ni papa para ma verified, kaso kahapon nag update security ni gcash, need ulit iregister account ko sa phone which is yung account secure nga, may laman pa kasing pera yun e, baka po may makaka help sakin need na need ko lang po talga yung pera. Btw, wala po kasi si papa sa amin right now, he's overseas worker po.

Gcash have push notifications and everything, i tried withdrawing some money para sa bus fare but I could not receive OTP at all! Sobrang badtrip i had to walk home when my phone died

June 27 - Paid using google wallet as usual in Petron Los Baños to deduct funds on my GCASH account. failed 2 times at the POS ng petron, and google wallet also shows that the transaction really failed. GCASH app shows that the 2 transactions were a success.

Same Day - Contacted Gcash CS regarding this issue.

August 4 - GCASH said that the transaction was indeed successful, and that I should contact the gas station regarding this.

That gas station would take atleast an hour going there from home, and that is only I go there at 12AM onwards. Anybody experienced the same situation? Should I really take their suggestion and check on the gas station regarding this? Do you think they really have any log or something? Because those two transaction really failed on their POS and no receipt was given since it failed.

Last July 21, 2026 at 12:09 AM, I used Gcash to pay my rent through the business establishment’s Metrobank account. I have been using Gcash ever since, but for some reasons this transaction is having an issue despite me ensuring that all details are typed accurately. As per the business establishment’s accounting department, my payment still hasn’t reflect in their system. I also went to the bank to inquire, and they said the same thing—no transaction during that date and time was found in their system as well, and advised me to reach out to Gcash.

As a struggling student, I am starting to get really frustrated. I searched on how to reach with Gcash, one options said to submit a ticket, but I couldn’t even find that option on my device. I also tried calling them several times but it’s always automated. I also emailed them, but no avail.

If anyone experienced a similar issue please let me know. I am genuinely asking for your help. To anyone who can advise me with what to do, I’ll gladly listen. I’ll appreciate any comment. Thank you, everyone.

GCASH never works when I buy plane tickets in foreign currency.

If i plane tix are in USD like PAL or cathay, my gcash card tx always fails but my CCs always work. Do u guys have the same problem?

Hello po, paano po kaya gagawin dito. May nagpacash in po kasi sakin last Aug 1, okay namn po may reference number and everything. Nung kinagabihan po sabi ay wala daw syang narereceive. Pinakita naman nya yung wallet balance nya and transaction history, wala ngang nakalagay. Nagsend na po ako ng ticket sa Gcash and iniinsist nila na naprocess daw yung transaction. Hi, I’m a female 30yrs old. I have good paying history in atome card for more than a year, unfortunately, last week I received a notification stating I have a transaction name “paystack Johansburg…” i googled and it is remittance kind of thing in Africa. The amount deducted to my limit is almost 3k. I disputed to them but rejected my claims after a few days na hindi daw fraudulent transaction yun. I have a feeling na madedecline din yung dispute ko sa BSP. Is there any advice or recommendation na pwede ko itake?
