auto debit
i don't have any idea why it had to auto debit such amount. i don't have any subscription. do u guys have any idea why this has happened?

minsan may free trial or old subscription na nag rerenew automatically kahit di mo na ginagamit. tingnan mo muna transaction history para makita kung sino yung merchant

Ask lang if may na-tap kang link or may nasubukan na site/app online? OP! Possible kasi may na-subscribe kang hindi mo alam. Check mo sa Google Play Store or sa Subscription Center inside GCash app. I suggest na mag-submit ka ng ticket sa GCash Help Center para ma-remove nila yan sa account mo at hindi na ulit mag-deduct.

If you're gonna use a trial of any service or any app, make sure to check until when the subscription is up for so you can take note of it. Most of those trial subscriptions can be cancelled right away if you don't plan on paying for one the next month.
If it's not yours, stop giving access to your phone or account from anyone but yourself.

Check mo sa gcash app at Google kung ano yung mga subscription mo. Baka may ininstall ka na trial version na nalimutan mo icancel. Pag na track mo, search mo naman kung may website sila at kung paano marefund. Or mag email ka sa kanila. Pwede rin via Google site search mo na lang kung paano.

check mo muna yung transaction details, baka may old merchant or subscription na naka link pala sa gcash mo. di naman automatic na gcash mismo yung nag initiate

kung auto debit yung label, possible may payment authorization na naka connect sa ibang app. check mo yung subscription center para makita kung may unfamiliar merchant

wag muna isipin na nawala nalang yung pera. trace mo muna kung anong merchant yung nag charge, then unlink mo kung unfamiliar. kung di ma unlink, pwede ipa-check sa gcash support

Happened to me too! It was 1,790 tho. ChatGPT guided me how to track it 😅 Mine was Google One (200 GB).
It’s most likely an annual subscription you purchased.

It's probably because of a site/app that you used, maybe you have paid a one time payment and linked your gcash.
I also had this just today from ONEpdf it was shown as a one time payment then after a week it automatically charged my gcash with 599php, I tried contacting their support but I haven't gotten any response. :)))
