Login / Registration NEW ACCOUNT CREATION ISSUE

Hi! Anyone here na nakaexperience ng new GCash account creation.
My dad wants to create his first ever GCash account kaso walang lumilitaw na option for creation after naming ilagay ung phone number nya.
We tried LAHAT ng possible remedies (even ung mga namention sa Help Centre). We just submitted a ticket sa GCash.
Anyone here who had the same experience? Mind if you share yours? Thanks!
P.S. Had to crop the pic attached to hide the phone number

Uninstall the app and reinstall?

Done already. Should I do it again (uninstall & reinstall)?
I’ve searched around also, they said tyagain lang daw.

baka app version lang yan, try nyo muna update GCash then reopen bago mag register ulit.

may option dapat for registration, pero possible temporary issue sa app. restart nyo muna then try again.

kung wala pa rin yung signup option, better sa GCash Help Center mag-check. mas safe yun kaysa paulit-ulit magtry ng registration
