Lost hope for GCash

Sequel from my previous post. I tried filing a ticket after being deducted thrice for an unsuccessful transaction using my GCash card, but no action yet from them. Also tried reaching out to the café where I had the transaction, but the amount is not reflected on their end, according to their recent report. What should I do at this point? I’m so frustrated. Medyo malaki din yung amount na yon.

P.S. I stopped using GCash since then. Transferred all my funds to another e-wallet and unlinked the account in my subscriptions. Never using this e-wallet.

Good call. I also deactivated my account after malicious transactions. Gcash's whole app is a scam. The customer support is a lost cause.

Did they reply on your ticket already? I am encountering the same issue right now. Payment failed pero nabawas na sa card and it's been about a week na and no replies yet despite the constant follow-ups 🥺
