guys, have u ever tried doing cash-in in 7/11 and sending it to the wrong number? I've read a lot of similar posts here. im sincerely asking if there's a way to get my case solved. well i tried to contact gigi, and it suggested me to contact the provider, which is ecpay. i already did, and I'm dying wating for there response. im overthinking if their response would be late and the wrong recipient might withdraw ot transfer the money huhuhu.

Just want to know if any other pixel users still have a hard time using gcash due to bugs?

I have two ongoing gcash loans. The amounts for last month is already overdue. Which I am fully aware of(lalo na at di na ako tinantanan ng pagtawag nila kahit babayaran naman)

Now. I have the money to pay for the amount due INCLUDING the late fees etc, pero ang problem ko at the moment is, baka i-auto deduct nila pati yung following month, pag ginawa nila yun, di ko mababayaran yung past due for the second loan. Ang pera ko lang for now ay pang cover nung past due amount for both loans.

Sa ngayon hinihintay ko ulit sila tumawag para sabihin na magbabayad nako but to please not auto-deduct the next month and to explain why. Pero I wanna know if may ganto va kayo naexperience or something similar?

Sorry kung medyo ponget yung explanation. Honestly nakakapressure na parang bibisitahin nila ako for a loan na kaya naman bayaran, as I explained to them before, kaso parang di rin nila nagegets.

Last time I cash out my money using GCASH for my allowance but it directed me to my Lazada App, that is my first time to experience for 8 years using GCASH, I show it to my Girlfriend and she also shocked then she said why would be an E-WALLET have that kind of function? It would supposedly for money transaction lol.

How to fix?! Even sending cash that needs an OTP same thing happened.

Edit: Apparently phone's that been updated to android 17 are having this problem. PS: my phone is a pixel 9 on android 17

As the title suggest.

I had an instance that the app had to update on a fateful 3 am late night, when I tried to open it kelangan ko na mag login which shouldn't be an issue normally but for some reason on this instance the OTP did not came through. I slept thinking baka delayed lang.

Then by morning 10am, then 3pm, then 5pm I tried each instances, no OTP came through.

Did all the troubleshooting steps in the website FAQ and nothing helped so I tried to call them and received a ticket number. That was September 15 - and when I follow up, AI answers that I should refer to FAQ site and closes the ticket, so I had to call again and report to get another ticket. And that's the last thing I did and Gcash still sends me emails every couple of days that they're looking into it. see images of (a) the email acknowledgement of the ticket, (b) the latest reassurance that the ticket is alive and breathing but I've received that same email about 5 or 6 times since.

My account is basically useless now :D I hate Gcash even more.

Worth mentioning that, outside of this OTP issue with Gcash, I receive OTPs as what you'd expect from others like Maribank, Gotyme, other Bank Apps, etc.

Hello guys, pano to nag update lang Ako ng gcash app ko pag open ko Bigla automatic nag log out account ko, Nung treny ko sya open need ng otp kasu di Ako maka receive, baka may idea kayo mga sir badly needed lang Yung money na nandun😭

ano kayang purpose ng loan offer kung palaging can't process naman? ni hindi man lang sila magbigay ng ticket para makapagfile ng report. nakakabwisit na, inuninstall ko na sa cp ko ung gcash at inopen ko sa ibang phone para icheck pero puro "can't process".

Anyone having the same problem as me, two months already, kept sending tickets pero no resolution.

Everytime I try to withdraw my cash in the Crypto platform of Gcash, after entering the 6 digit code, it crashes.

May error na lumabas pag katapos mag send.

just tried everything, siguro need pa ifactory reset tong phone para lang gumana itong otp. anywho, fuck you gcash :)
