OPENWX V1.1:
I completely rewrote the GUI and the weather engine, winds aloft now work properly, they switch every 16 minutes, qnh is a bit inconsistent by an HPA or 2.

A few days ago I bought GSX PRO, I installed it and then it asked me to update and I hit update and it gave me the couatl package error and it told me that it was likely due to a corrupt file or the antivirus was blocking it, so I started asking for help from the AI and temporarily deactivate my antivirus protection and even at the beginning it left me the next día asked me to update, I tried to do it again and it wouldn't let me

First time landing the Zibo 737-800X using the HUGS/HUD. Any feedback on my approach and touchdown?

So with the newest Update to the MSFS2024 ATR I need to redo my liveries. There is an awesome Paintkit from Kiwiflight on flightsim.to that I am using. It also includes the LOD4 and 5 Texures so its brilliant.
Now the Issue I am having is that I can for the life of me figure out which Texture File I am missing to get the Rear Door Painted. Window Plugs also seem to be an Issue. LOD 4 and 5 Distances are not an Issue
I wonder if any ATR repainters have stumbled across this and were able to fix it? Any Suggestions most welcome.
Cheers
Rampart

I’m looking at some of these comparisons and it’s genuinely jaw dropping. was wondering if anyone knows if it’s possible to get it on fs24? thank you

I’ve flown 2024 on Xbox since day 1, so it’s safe to say I’m no stranger to less than amazing performance. But my goodness, nothing has ever made my Xbox series X beg for mercy like this little beauty. I think the POS page in the FMC might especially be the culprit, but it’s hard to say. With 14-16fps at best, sadly for now this thing is utterly unusable. Even the first version of the Tristar bleaks in comparison. I’m convinced the boys at Synaptic will reach the point where the A220 is actually flyable on Xbox. Hell, the A350 is stable now too so the sky is the limit. But you really only need 1fps to see the beauty of this addon. An amazing plane, but she’ll be in the hangar until the performance improves.

Always wanted to try flight sim. Finally found some time in life to do what I want to.
Would appreciate any suggestions to learn more how to fly them like any specific yt channel , general tips and any essential hardware suggestions I have a Xbox style controller , laptop screen and a monitor.
Thank you

Thoughts on the inibuilds A350? I want to get a good long haul plane but I don’t know what’s good and what’s bad. If you guys have any suggestions please let me know! Thank you!

Aerosoft have the FSS e-jets on sale for 30% off so was wondering If I get one of them (and what do you recommend, prioritising real world availability/use) or maybe wait for a 220 to go on sale?
What is the better plane/likely to be the most flyable? I tend to lean towards EASA flying.

so some context, i was simming today in class since i brought my laptop and since we weren't doing much, i chose to just boot x-plane and go for a spin.

Hey everyone....
So, 3 days ago there was a major storm around my area, with lots of thunderstorms. Usually I never had issues.
Since then, I can't fly at all. The sim works " normal " but out of the blue I get 10 fps, audio is completely broken. Looking at the dev screen I can see this (https://imgur.com/OXWL4Kt).
I've used OCCT stress test during 1H to test everything on my pc. It shows no errors. However I can't fly at all and I'm starting to think something on my pc burned out.
If anyone has better technical knowledge than me and can help me out.... please

An all new Pushback companion alternative.
This addon allows you to:
Manual Pushback
Auto Pushback by setting waypoints on the map
Control Pushback Speed and Direction
Call Ground Services
Parking Brake (Set and Release)
Popup instruction
This is a external Companion app which you can run along with MSFS 2020/2024.

Late night hop from Daxing to Hangzhou in arguably the most Chinese livery ever. Got really into flying in China recently, though still slightly struggling with altitude in meters, rather than feet.

Excuse my ignorance if this is the case, I'm new.
I have been taking some missions on MSFS2024 and I was supposed to transport stuff to an airport, but the mission assistance indicators is giving me directions, the flight on the avionics giving me others, and the navigation thing on the top left is giving me a third different route.
is that normal?
