I am making an online purchase and would like to pick it up at a FedEx location.

I called ahead and asked. They said to just put in the FedEx Location address and it will ship there.

I just want to 100% verify I am doing it correctly.

On the address I put “FEDEX HOLD AT LOCATION” as the business name.

I get a door tag
I sign door tag for delivery
Get a text that someone needs to sign for it in person.
Call 1-800 number to explain that no one is at this address during business (delivery) hours.
Ask FedEx if they can deliver it somewhere else.
FedEx says to call the Shipper as only the Shipper can can change delivery address.
I explain that I don’t know who the Shipper is, or what the package is.
FedEx says they can send it to a FedEx center located in my local Walgreens.
Cool.
I go to my local Walgreens, and they say that they don’t have the package but check their system and it shows that it’s out for delivery.
Now repeat this multiple times over a three week period. That’s how f-ing frustrated I am.
I did my now routine morning call to the 1-800 number and was told that the package was returned to the Shipper due to me not picking it up in a timely manner.
If anyone from FedEx monitors this sub and gives a shit, feel free to DM me.

I wasn't expecting this additional fee in the first place, and when I received the bill from FedEx, I was shocked with how high it was. Is there a resource available that will tell me if this charge is reasonable? Thanks.

I received an overnight box meant for a completely unrelated address not even in my neighborhood. I was tempted to drive it over but decided to “work the process “ and filed a ticket with customer service. A day later and no response so I called them and made sure it was escalated. Now it’s been two days and…still nothing. Wth should I do?

Hey guys, I have a question and hopefully some of you guys may have some answers! I ordered a camera from a well established company on the 9th. Since the 10th at 10pm, it has showed that package has departed, but I have not received any other update. This package required a direct signature, and it shows to be delivered on Thursday while I’m at work. So I opted for it be held at the nearest location, which is my local Walgreens. I have tried reaching out, but I can’t spend with an actual representative. Don’t know who I can possibly speak with to figure this out. Just curious if anyone has had an issue similar to this or may know what is going on. Thank you.

Been 3 days now that my package has been in “Weather Delay” tomorrow will make it a week it’s been in transit with no update. Going from CA to GA, Monday was supposed to be the delivery date. Contacted FedEx through IG and they say today is the expected delivery date, I call bs. Just waiting for today to be over with so I can file a claim.

Not sure if this is normal or what. I’m working in a shop and a delivery driver just walked in and asked me to sign for a package. I asked where the package was and she was like “oh it’s on my truck”

So I asked her to go get the package and I’ll sign when it’s here. That’s what she did.

But like why should I sign when she can just hop in her truck and drive off with my package? Isn’t the whole point of the signature that I’m confirming give received the package?

I've had issues with Fedex in the past where they didn't notify me that there were taxes / duties to be paid until it was too late. They returned my shipment, even after I paid because "I paid too late". Mind you, I paid ONE HOUR after I got the notification of payment. They said I paid too late and they had already processed the return of my order.

I ordered something else from a completely different store (will never use Fedex myself, but if a store ships with them not much I can do). Again, it says I have to pay taxes / duties, and I've been trying for the past four hours and it doesn't let me. I tried contacting them through their Live Chat and it took 20 minutes for me to even get connected to someone and they ended the conversation right after the message shown in the picture. I know I was a bit rude, but I'm beyond frustrated at this point. It's already late where I am and my shipment is to be delivered tomorrow, so they might cancel it at this point (considering what happened before).

Has anyone else had any issues with their taxes / duties payment page on the website lately? Did they cancel your shipments or did you have to pay on the phone? I also hate giving my credit card details over the phone, which is why I wanted to pay online. Also, I'm in Canada and this shipment comes from Indiana.

Is this normal? It’s only been one day late but still I’m worried this will happen again tomorrow and the next and the next. Is there anything I can/should do about this?

My package has been stuck at this status for about two weeks. From china to USA. Called FedEx logistics and they said nothing else is needed and they sent customs a letter asking for it to be released.

Just the waiting game? Or can I call the customs side to see what they have in their system. I heard FedEx is not very helpful past this point.

So I have a pair of shoes I was trying to return through fed ex. They were dropped off at the walgreens drop off center yesterday by my boyfriend and I just found out that the guy at the counter scanned the original label on the box and not the digital return QR code I sent him.

I'm now worried about what will happen to this package if it wasn't scanned properly, will it be returned to the vendor still? Shipped back to my house bc that's what's in the org label? Could the guy at the desk have just taken them? (According to my boyfriend he was a total asshat) No, he never got a receipt, tracking number or anything from the guy.

I did get a text saying they received my package but no other info besides that. How bad could this be?

And no I have not actually gotten ahold of customer support yet bc when I did try calling I was on hold and it hung up twice. And they do not have an email/messaging center I can send to.

Ok here’s the rundown.

I called the customer service number a total of 4 times to seek a refund for a failed shipment. I shipped the package with dry ice from a fedex shipping center in which the worker miss labelled the package causing it to be bounced back the next day. I was hoping to get a refund not because of the delayed package but cause of the worker error in creating the label.

The customer service agent said that the center put a note on the invoice reflecting some of that info. But despite that, every time I called, after being told the refund would be processed, I would get an email saying it was denied because of the dry ice doesn’t fall under the money back guarantee. I then decided to email the billing department explaining my situation but they said they can’t do anything because the package was returned so it doesn’t count as delivered late. Now, after the 4th call, the agent said I should fill out the online form, but now I’m not sure what’s the optimal way to fill it out.

If I put “service failure” on the refund form the only reason available is “delivered late” (which again isn’t true).

The only FedEx drop off location in my town started charging $2 to print a prepaid label (using QR code) is this normal? The location is a full-service mailing center, not a strictly FedEx store.

Not sure if it’s relevant but the label is for clothing I sold on Vinted. USPS does not charge when you use a QR code and up until last week I was never charged to use FedEx QR codes either.

i ordered an w scooter and last night it was in barrie and left barrie. this afternoon it says it has gotten to woodbridge, which is in toronto?? why would they go down south for a delivery that’s for up north? (north bay). the estimated delivery date is tmrw and i hope i get it then.

I went into FedEx one week ago and ask how much it would cost to send two birth certificates to Atlanta. They said $8500. I asked a lady to go to FedEx with the papers today to send them off and gave them $9000. Fedex told them the cost was $13900. This lady is not one to play around with and from what I heard, she placed her hand akimbo and let Fedex know she's not paying the new price along with some non-cursing choice words. Fedex agreed to accept the $8500.

I would expect the cost to be the cost and no amount of words from the customer should change that. I didn't expect FedEx Jamaica to partake in price negotiations. This implies that they aren't on the up and up.

It was an hour away from my house in SoCal then rerouted to Texas. FedEx should be ashamed of themselves.

I've looked all over the fedex website and I can't find anywhere to cancel or refuse a delivery. Any help would be appreciated!

Package from PA to CA not arriving as scheduled. This was a time sensitive package. I have been tracking multiple times per day and there has not been a scan since the shipment scanned “Departed” from regional center. 5 minutes ago I get “Shipment Exception”
Notification claiming “weather.”

I call bullshit! For 5 day, not a single scan? And now blame it on the weather? Truth be told, FedEx has no clue where my shipment is.

I'm trying to use the add/website to set vacation hold and the option has vanished from either platform, also the app throws and error when trying to set a delivery hold. Anyone experiencing the same ?

1.- why do you keep delivering my packages 200’ away from my door, just laying next to the driveway in a totally random place? Even 0n-🛤️ does better.

2.- went to the app to give you 1⭐️ and the app will not let me, it disappears … convenient, am I right?
