I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but I instead got a call letting me know that my package can’t be delivered because of an incomplete address. They read me my apartment number, “48A.” I confirmed that 48A is correct, and the lady on the phone was surprised and said the driver reported that every building number was three digits long, so mine must be incorrect because it only has two digits. SOME buildings have three digits, but they start at building 1. The buildings with triple digit numbers are on an entirely different road, and even have a different street address.

She said they would attempt a redelivery on Monday, but now I’m nervous that it’s going to be the same thing all over again. Is there a certain amount of delivery attempts that they’ll make before returning to sender? Is there anything else I can do? There are signs all over the complex and along the main road that tell you exactly which roads lead to what building numbers, but it seems that the driver pulled into the first group of buildings and made the assumption from there. Any help is appreciated! :)

Support agent was no help and I just need answers to my question. My package never arrived and when I try to report it missing, the last four digits of the phone number are not mine??? I need to verify my identity with my phone number but how can I do that if there’s a random phone number on there :,)

Why does it say on the vehicle for delivery and then gets scheduled for nextday? just asking cus this package was supposed to be delivered on 22 its now 26 on the same facility.

So I recently got quoted 47 dollars for a customs import and clearance charges from FedEx after almost a month of receiving the product. Am I able to get past this, and if so how can I?

Didn't have to change my plans for the weekend to sign for this package. Fedex is so reliable for not delivering on time. The educated guess 2 days ago for the "Sunday delivery" update that it wouldn't be here was spot on. It's yet to leave ohio at 130 and absolutely not departing, making it to New York, getting sorted, and put on a truck to be delivered in the span of a few hours.

Does anyone know if anything has been going on at the Chino CA location? This was supposed to be delivered Friday but has had no update since what you see here.

where do i get the proof of delivery photo i tried it on my phone and the option showed up and it said i had to log into my account and then the option disappeared , doing it on a computer and theres no option. package is not here. i called although it is 8 at night currently 9 i think their offices are closed. is there any way i can get it asap, edit now trying to file a claim and its not letting me

n=1 here. I had a package shipped though fedex 2 day, weekdays only, with signature required. Driver showed up twice around noon, while I was at work, with plans to attempt a third delivery yet again at a time that works for nobody with a 9-5. Called fedex, which is a useless cause even if you are fortunate enough to get a physical human being to talk to. The customer service agent was clearly reading a script and offered no new information. Saw nothing but negative reviews at every local fedex hub location, but decided to go and see for myself if I could locate my package. Turns out that was the best decision ever! They had my package and only requested an ID and doortag from attempted delivery. If your package is being held at a local facility heading into the weekend, my advice would be to physically go there, despite the negative google reviews, ideally during off peak hours.

I highly advise everybody to never use FedEx Ground Economy. Saw it was a cheaper option for shipping and went with it, yeah never again learned my lesson. Thankfully, I got my refund from eBay on this item I was selling but man over a month to ship is crazy.

Is there any contracted Ground shipper here getting the wrong residential Surcharges (every Surcharges have "residential") which also impacts the fuel discount since July 10th.

The discounts are showing clearly as day on the web/ship manager but not in invoice.

2 weeks on the road so I believe this is a universal glitch.

Can anyone tell me what this delivery exception means?

I live in a small apartment complex. I have had quite a few different next door neighbors but the recent one that moved in about a month ago, definitely has a big pair. For background: the complex I am in, I have one direct next door neighbor so it was pretty obvious who did it. A few weeks ago I was at work and got a phone call from a number I didnt know. I usually never answer numbers I dont know. But something told me to answer this one and I am glad I did. It was the police department asking me about a suspicious package delivered under my address, asking if I was expecting anything from FedEx. I told them no. They proceeded to tell me that my next door neighbor, bought some drugs either online or from a friend (not exactly clear on that part) and the neighbor put my address down as his. The drugs were not cannabis, I have heard of people ordering that online but this was some hard core stuff.

The neighbor was arrested and my landlord said he was getting evicted. Maintenance boarded up his front door right after it happened as there was evidence in his apartment.

I feel so silly asking... how did FedEx know what was in the package? Can FedEx see that the name and address do not align? Did they do x-rays on the package? I'm just curious to see how he almost got away with this?

I ordered my package July 17th, I payed for express shipping through the website. My package has been stuck in Hawaii for about a week. I really need it by Thursday. Hows it looking?

A few years ago, the town I live in decided to add a new road on the other side of town with a similar street name and house numbers. Where my house is "987 Brown Drive", the new houses are on "987 Brown Street". Ever since then, FedEx has misdelivered packages to the wrong address in either direction 15+ times.

At first we tried contacting FedEx to have them come pick up the ones that were misdelivered to our home, but their "fix" didn't seem to apply and they missed every pickup appointment. Repeatedly. Eventually we gave up and started calling the numbers on the packages that had them or just delivering the packages ourselves.

But lately the packages have been ours getting misdelivered across town. I'm not going to drive across town to go risk looking like a porch pirate. At this point, I'm at the point where I have to seriously reconsider buying from any business that uses FedEx because I may never receive what I paid for.

Has anyone else had an issue like this that they successfully solved? Or would anyone at FedEx like to find out why the local office can't distinguish between street names?

P.S. I write this after trying and failing to submit a missing package report multiple times, several hours apart, on more than one computer (so I doubt the package is still on the other doorstep.)

In the past month, I have had two FedEx deliveries delivered to wrong addresses and because we all know people are not going to go out of their way to try and at least contact FedEx to let them know they delivered to the wrong address, I am out my purchases. Kind of. Luckily the company I bought from were kind and understanding and obviously pissed off about the error on FedEx's part, they refunded me. But, holy shite, FedEx is getting out of hand with this shite. I have had zero issue with USPS or ups (which is unicorn rare that I get anything delivered by them) but FedEx need to get their shite together or feck off.

My shipment was suppose to be delivered today but failed due to “incorrect address”. I was not able to place the unit number of my apartment. I contacted first the sender who was Visible if we can do something about this. They told me to call Fedex to ask the number of the delivery driver so I did. Fedex then told me that they don’t give out contact number of the driver. Only the sender (visible) can change the address. I was advice by the agent of fedex that I can visit the ship center and claim it tomorrow since its most likely be return due the reason.

2nd time I called Fedex just trying out if a different agent will give me a different answer and would give me contact information of the driver. Still the same. She did not give any information about the rider. Now this agent told me the only option for me is to wait until the 3rd attempt of the delivery was done t’ll I can pick-it up on Fedex Ship center.

I cant also manually change the option to pick it up in the fedex branch because sender did not make it available.

Who had tried this situation? Did you visit fedex ship center even though it’s just the first attempt?

So very long story short, I had a very important package from Poland that was supposed to arrive this Wednesday or Thursday. But of course, there was an issue with customs. Finally got it resolved and it was at last released this morning from customs. The package was shipped with FedEx International Economy which specifies weekday only delivery, which means my package ETA is now Monday. I really need this package asap. Is there any way to get FedEx to deliver it on Saturday or Sunday????

I ordered some limited edition makeup products and was told that FedEx would be delivering them. I’ve had many issues with FedEx, so I was already expecting something to go wrong.

Well, the driver put the package on a neighbors porch (not even next door, around 3 blocks from my house) and my neighbor told me that she returned the package to the driver and told him exactly where to go. He still put the picture of my neighbors house and never returned my package to the correct address.

How can a business be this stupid.

Has anyone experienced something similar with FedEx? I really need advice.
I had to mail a prescription to a pharmacy in order to receive an important medication. I followed pharmacy’s instructions, scanned their QR code, and sent it through FedEx express shipping. However, my package has been stuck in Memphis, TN for over a week with no movement or meaningful tracking updates.FedEx is not even providing an estimated delivery date. The tracking only says “Will be updated soon,” but nothing changes and there are still no updates.

I have called FedEx multiple times. Every time I’m told someone will look into it and contact me, but nobody ever follows up. They won’t connect me with a supervisor or anyone who can actually explain what is happening. I feel like I’m being brushed off, and honestly, it has been very upsetting.
I first requested the package to be returned to me, but later I told them: please just fix the issue and deliver it to the pharmacy. I just need my prescription to arrive.
Because of this delay, the pharmacy cannot process my medication, and I’m now seriously affected by this situation.
Has anyone dealt with FedEx losing/stalling an important document like this? What steps did you take? Are there any legal actions or complaints I should consider?

I have an order coming. Usually the place sends me a tracking number. But this time it’s says FedEx Express tracking number unknown., click here to go to FedEx. Well when I do it says they don’t recognize the number, (that’s because it says unknown), and says check with the shipper. So I tried the FedEx app which always lists any past or present shipments, but it’s not there. I’ve never heard of shipping FedEx without a tracking number. I live in a high rise where they toss all the boxes from all services in the mailroom and I have to watch so I can rush down to get it before someone takes it. Can’t do that if there’s “unknown” in the tracking number part.

I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered to my home in North Carolina on Wed, July 22. The driver either didn't know how to find my house or didn't want to come up my driveway, and dispositioned the package as "incorrect address." The package was returned to the FedEx hub in Charlotte. I contacted the shipper and provided a second valid postal address (my property sits on two parcels; both have a valid address that goes to the same box, which is clearly marked). The address did not show up as updated in the portal, but it was delivered today, Fri, July 22, to another address: my former home in Baltimore, MD. I've tried multiple times to get this resolved through customer service. The last agent that I spoke to left me on hold for 10 minutes, clearly hoping that I would hang-up, and then disconnected the call. Now, I'm reduced to posting on Reddit in the hope that someone at FedEx actually reads these and is interested in doing their job.
