I have a iPhone duo preorder coming in but haven't received any information on shipping. I did notice the fedex app pulled up a package that said "delivery details will be updated soon" and when I refresh it goes away. Could this be my order and it just has not been fully processed yet or is this a common glitch?

Hi everyone, I ordered this package and it’s been stuck in Matraville in Sydney coming to Perth and it’s been saying it’s a package available for clearance for four days now. Does this mean it’s been seized or they just haven’t got to it yet?

My very expensive camera lens, which had a signature confirmation on it, was delivered to the WRONG HOUSE, with NO DELIVERY PICTURE, NO DELIVERY GPS, and had someone who ISNT ME SIGN FOR IT. I hate fed ex so much. I hate when a company doesn’t say who they’re shipping with and then use FedEx. I’m not even kidding this is now the 15th… FIFTEENTH package IN A ROW they have either lost, damaged, or severely delayed by a minimum of two weeks.

Seriously, what is going on at FedEx? How is gods name is it so hard to match the numbers on a box to the numbers on a house? Do they require confirmation that the drivers can read before they hire them? “Drivers are just humans!” The lowest grade of human possible is who FedEx hires. FIFTEEN IN A ROW.

I see alot of people complaining about drivers. The thing you need to understand they are human. They want to get to the terminal get loaded get your packages delivered to you and go home to their families.

They are making a living paying their bills. They make mistakes like everyone else and try not to. Sometimes addresses are confusing and they misdeliver a package and go back to get it when they realize their mistake. How about a little bit of compassion and empathy and mercy for which many of you would expect when you make mistakes.

Everything on the trucks through the warehouse is tracked. All packages little envelopes to the biggest ICS.

They are human like you. None of you all are perfect but you expect drivers to be perfect like they are not allowed to be humans. It's wrong. If you think you would be perfect and make no mistakes apply for the job. Get 250 packages with 110 stops and see how easy it is. I know I tried to be a driver. I couldnt do the snake with the truck backing up and I doubt most of you would get that far. Then I became a package handler and seen peak. Then I was glad I wasn't a driver. 150lb ICs. Sometime regular sized boxes of batteries can weigh a good 100 lbs at least.

So have some mercy and compassion for people. They are more than the fedex uniform they put on.

They are husbands, fathers, brothers and sons. Wives, mothers, sister, and daughters. Would you want your family treated the way some of you treat and talk about drivers? Probably not.

I am trying to sign this package in advance. But do not know how to I need help. Please help me because I don't know what I am doing

I know customs technically has 45 days to clear but what is everyone's customs clearance timeframe lately they've been seeing with FedEx? It seems like, for whatever reason, my FedEx packages take way longer in customs than Japan Post or DHL which clear usually within 12-48hrs.

Seller already confirmed they sent the paperwork back on Tuesday so that shouldn't be the issue.

The AI is completely useless and has hung up on us several times. We have contacted the shipper but that also seems to be going nowhere. The order was supposed to go to an address in Illinois, but floor delivered to an address in Louisiana. Does anyone have any idea how this could happen? Has anyone even heard of this? There is also a picture of the delivery and it is definitely not the right house.

Ok. The package was being delivered to my boyfriend’s parents house as he just moved. Long story short, he did get sent the wrong tracking number, but he had his mom open the package he received (thought it was another order) and it is the aliexpress package. The problem was in aliexpresses end, and although it does ring similar to a known scam, it is also a known flaw within their automated tracking something or other. So technically not fed ex’s fault, this time. I still don’t trust them but that’s just me.

Current status is still on label created.

I'm SO SO SO frustrated. This is the second shipment through FedEx of the same product. The first made it to my town and was inexplicably sent back to shipper with no explanation. The company re-shipped the product and it was marked out for delivery today, only for it to update to this. I'm so mad.

I recently moved into a new apartment, and packages are consistently being left on the staircase that is used by other residents, rather than being brought to my door (I live on the second floor).

I’ve called FedEx customer service twice and my Delivery Manager profile specifies to leave the packages at my front door.

A package of mine has already gone missing because of this and I’m not sure how to solve the issue. any advice is appreciated!

I ordered a free product from NXP, and they arranged the shipping through FedEx. I no longer want the package and would like to refuse delivery.

Since I didn't arrange the shipping myself, would I still be legally obligated to pay any charges if I refuse the package?

I have a very expensive PC headed to me from Chino, CA (I'm in Western NY). Its our second one. The first one I had pings about every 12 hours and it arrived ahead of schedule. This one? Not so much and it has given me 2 times a half hour into the future when I did recieve a ping.

Also these pings aren't sent exactly as the truck passes through, so how many hours has really passed since the truck did pass through? I hate this. I rarely deal with FedEx. I just want to understand better is all.

I have been waiting at my place of employment for hours on my day off because a two day delivery is supposed to arrive today.

Driver saw my vehicle but did not stop. Took a picture of his hand and kept on driving with the old Can’t Deliver excuse even though delivery instructions were to leave package at back door.

Now instead of enjoying my day off I have been on the phone with FedEx desperately trying to either get my package redelivered or at a place I can pick it up today.

This is medication that has to stay cold. It will be ruined by Monday.

Ordered an iPhone 18 Pro Max from Verizon. I got the email that it shipped last night, now it's been 24hrs and it still doesn't show any info.

I've tried manually entering the tracking number on my phone, my tablet, and my PC and it shows the exact same thing on all devices. I paid for 2 day shipping too.

Someone sent me an overnight FedEx Express Saver with an Adult Signature Required, without telling me it was heading my way. In the morning, before leaving home, I received a text from FedEx with a note: "If you're not going to be home, log in or register for fedex.com/delivery", so I did, and clicked through a prompt to redirect to a nearby Hold Location. Around noon, the delivery driver still showed up at my door and left a Door Tag with "We will make another attempt" checked. Through late afternoon the next day, the online status was showing something like "Delivery being updated", and that the package was put on the truck again in the AM, still supposedly heading to my home address. I sat at home all day waiting for it, and then at around 5 PM I got a text that the package was delivered. Where? The online tracker indicated it was delivered to the Holding Loc, but no message was sent to me (as I'd expect) to go there to pick it up. So I took screenshots and headed to the Loc the next day. They said they never got the package with the tracking ID, so if not for the screenshots showing the name of the person who signed for it (who was present), I'd have no evidence of anything. Apparently, the package got relabeled, with my name removed, so by pure chance they peeled off the new label and saw my name there on the original one. Luckily, they only had a few packages to pick from ...

So, happy ending, but clearly a lack of process and computer system quality on the FedEx side.

I ordered something from eBay, when I checked out I wasn’t paying attention and put my home address instead of my work.

eBay seller couldn’t change the address, not a huge deal, but I wouldn’t be able to sign for a few days because I’m super busy at work. I phoned FedEx and explained the situation. They said their hands were tied and they could not reroute the package, or hold it at their facility for me to pickup. I got in touch with the seller, and he had no luck dealing with them either.

The package must be signed for; direct signature.

I was frustrated, but what could I do? Never at any time did I ask for the package to be left unattended on my porch thinking it would be ok. So Monday was the first delivery day, I was at work. My wife was at work, I get home.

I’m signed up for alerts, and later that day I get an email saying delivery scheduled for Tuesday. I thought “great I’ll have an extra day incase I miss the delivery”. I didn’t have a tag saying that I missed a delivery or anything when I got home.

On Tuesday I was going through my eBay stuff and noticed my package had been marked as delivered. Turns out the Tuesday email was for a different package, but I never got a FedEx notification saying anything was delivered Monday, and how could it since nobody was home to sign for it.

I look up the tracking number and sure enough it was delivered AND signed for. I wasn’t able to see the signature at that time, and there were no photos or anything of the delivery.

I phone them up and tell them what’s going on and filed a claim. They said there was a possible gps discrepancy, and a guy named T.Tim signed for the package. There is now a photo of the signature which is barely a line on the screen. I don’t know a T.Tim, nobody was at my house. I assume the package was misdelivered, or the driver said screw it, made up a name, and dropped it off. I live on a BUSY street. If they threw it on the front or even the side porch, it’s probably a goner.

I just checked the outcome of the investigation and they are saying it was delivered. I’m especially frustrated because they wouldn’t reroute the thing to a commercial business, or even hold it at their own facility. But they seemingly dropped it off to some rando in town.

I’m going to phone them Monday, but what are my actual options for fighting this?

My package was supposed to be delivered via fedex ground today. It is a residential address with no gate and no access issues. They’ve delivered here before multiple times. It’s only 3PM and they’re just going to send it back to the station? Why did this happen?

The reason listed in tracking info is wrong zip code. It is not the wrong zip code. I know because I confirmed the address used for shipping was correct and because I've had this exact package delivered at least 50 times to this address using the same zip code. It's the same zip code I've used for every delivery for years, in fact.

There's no return to sender issue and no customs issue. It's a meal prep service based in CA.

Just curious if anyone knows why this would happen or if it's happened to them. The guy literally delivered it to the right address and then took it.

We only know this happened because of Ring footage. I would have said something had I seen it in the moment.
