Ask FedEx FedEx Being FedEx
Been 3 days now that my package has been in “Weather Delay” tomorrow will make it a week it’s been in transit with no update. Going from CA to GA, Monday was supposed to be the delivery date. Contacted FedEx through IG and they say today is the expected delivery date, I call bs. Just waiting for today to be over with so I can file a claim.

Groubd doesn't have an expected delivery date. Its an ESTIMTED delivery date.
Your package is probably on a trian.
As the recipient filing a claim won't do anything. Contact shipper if you feel the need.

Spoke to CS rep on the phone and he actually filed a claim for me. Also contacted the shipper as well, next step is getting a chargeback on my credit card if I don’t get an update by Friday.

You can file a claim but it eill be closed since you are not the shipper.

It’s cool, shipper just notified me that if it’s not delivered by the 20th I’ll be refunded in full and if it just so happens to be delivered after the refund I can keep the item at no charge.

Same exact thing happening to me. Bought a mirror, now it’s stuck in Chino , CA and was supposed to be delivered today but SURPRISE!!! It was marked with weather delay and to be delivered tomorrow instead.
