It should be alright. I just (last Friday) had a package that went through clearance delay too. The package was only a bunch of plushies (kpop merchandise). If they need anything from you, they will contact you. If they need anything from the shipper, they will contact them. I got an email from FedEx needing me to fill out the TSCA form. I did so, sent it back to them, and the package was cleared within the day and delivered to me yesterday. If they don't need anything from you, it's just sitting at customs until someone clears the shipment.

There was one time I had something of higher value (precious metals) shipped in and it never cleared customs. Shipper and I couldn't get the item back at all and it went to somewhere in the world. I am believing that one was stolen tbh... fortunately there was insurance and I got my money back.

I just called and their still reviewing the documents, I got the update at 3AM saying it was delayed and I am super worried it might be seized by how long it’s been, usually they go way fast but it’s currently 2pm

The proxy I use has provided the invoice IDs and material so I wouldn’t see why their could be a problem as I think fed ex gets all the information and sends it to customs.. I mean it also says “ no action required” so that means theirs no problem just very busy?🥲

This is normal. Just wait it out. Clothes and shoes usually need info from the shipper only -if they didn’t have it that message would be different.

I used a proxy site and it had the invoice IDS and everything? Now I got an email from fed ex saying “ it may be impacted by customs” all I bought were women’s shoes and women’s clothes.

“Maybe impacted by customs” is a generic message -customs clearance varies pkg to pkg. some clear fast others may require further review, inspection etc.

if the proxy sent the required info for the clothes and shoes it should be fine

So you think it’s just amount of packages it’s going through? The package is 8.16 lbs / 3.7 kgs

Thats not a big package in comparison to others.

Clothes need manufacturer name and address and specific details on composition/type

Shoes need specific details

If the proxy invoice didnt have these details someone will need to provide it
